PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: The Los Cabos Municipal Government charges to all visitors the amount of $79.20 PESOS (APPROX $4 USD) per room, per night. The fee is used exclusively for improving the quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, in projects like beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.

Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be able to refund for any construction related issues during the month of September..

Overall wonderful experience! Love the ocean front room. Wonderful weather ! Pools and jacuzzis well maintained. Security all night long felt extremely safe. Workers work all night long to maintain the facility. Very quiet place more for families and older generations. The staff extremely welcoming and helpful! Will be a returning visitor.

Great stay at Villa La Estancia

The resort and condo was beautiful. It’s broken up into two different units which we thought was a nice feature! The resort is very quite so if your looking for a party atmosphere this place is not for you! Good for families! we enjoyed our stay and loved Cabo!

Delightful

This place is great. Pools are warm. It’s quiet. The food is super pricey and they gouge you at the store. But there’s restaurants close. Like 8 Uber rides to chubby noodle.

Greatest View - Awesome vacation spot!

We stayed here for the second time. The unit is kept in impeccable condition. The view is breathtaking. The resort is great for families, and the service we were provided from check in to check out was second to none. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Amazing family vacation!

We came to celebrate our son's high school graduation, our 25th wedding anniversary and a birthday. The concierge was amazing and provided the best service ever! She even decorated the room for us! We will always come back here- best customer service, outstanding accommodations and best view! We loved it! My favorite part is how they geeet you when you get here, "Welicme home!". We have been coming for years and this is the only unit I want to rent!

Overall a great place and views.

This is the second time I stayed at this location. Views, resort, and locations are awesome. I would just say that the place needs a little facelift. Granted it is high humidity but paint is peeling in the bathrooms. A door handle was broken. Dust the vents and fixtures. Overall I love the place and will be back. Thank you for giving our family a great vacation.

Perfect spot

Amazing resort and accommodations. Beds weee super comfortable! Kitchen well stocked . Fantastic view. Loved listening to the ocean at night. Downfall was the washer and dryer did not work . That was a bummer.. even after they “fixed” it. Humberto was super helpful and answered any questions and arrangements. It is México so Sometimes when things break they don’t get fixed right away. Had the best time

Our Maintenance personnel could not get the parts needed to fix the washer and dryer on the same day, but we got it the day after and both Washer and Dryer were fixed that same day and are working properly today. We appreciate your nice comments about our beachfront property and we want to thank you for understanding about this resolved maintenance issue that happened during your stay.

Best View on the Beach

The property was better than the photo's. We had 9 girls and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space. The balconies are spacious and the views are absolutely gorgeous. They were doing construction above us starting at 9:30am which was much better than starting at 8am however you really couldn't be in the room once it started. The pool was lovely but not very lively. The sister pool next door had people and a happy hour so we spent time there as well. Food at the pool and service was awesome. The condo's are split so for the 3 bedroom you are connected by a little breezeway, it worked out perfectly for us.

Thank you for your 5 Star Review and we are sorry for the inconvenience of the construction noise made by our neighbor units. Resort Homeowner Association allowed remodeling and repairs during the month of september after being closed for 4 months. No Repairs or remodeling will be allowed after October 1, 2020 until next year September again.

Nice stay

Had girls trip. The view was amazing and the villa was very nice. Our host Javier was amazing! Sleeps 8 comfortably. Should not sleep more than that. Time for the bad news. The hide a bed couches in the bedrooms were awful. Mattress Covered in plastic and so thin that all you could feel are the springs. Running hair dryers and having bathroom fan on blew the circuits all the time. Had to choose who was going to blow dry hair first. Ice maker in fridge would barely put out ice. Had to always get in freezer and dig ice out of bin. Had a large grocery order. Placed it 4 days in advance. The groceries were not there when we showed up. Had to write out another list to get groceries. Private taxi back and forth was great. Pool was fantastic.

needs updating

The resort and location is AMAZING! We have stayed at here for the last five years. (we stayed through the resort) With such a beautiful location, this unit definitly needs some updating. The ice maker was broken, there were NO cooking dishes. i.e. anything to bake with, bowls, pitchers, etc. There were so few dishes, we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. The knives were VERY dull and it was difficult to cut a bagel. The dryer was broken, there was no fan in the kitchen (exhaust or other) . Most of the slider doors were broken and would not open. In the lock out, the drawers wouldn't open, the ceiling fan won't turn off and the TV gets very few channels. The bathroom in the bedroom with two queen beds needs some attention! Johana was the best part of this stay. She was accommodating and helped us tremendously. I would not stay at this unit again but highly recommend staying at this resort.

We really appreciate your comments which all had been addressed immediately after we got your review as follows: Replaced the old and installed a brand-new refrigerator/freezer with Ice Maker, also replaced the old with a new set of pans, pots, cutlery, cooking and serving utensils as well as a new set of dishes, cups, glasses, forks, knives, and spoons. All other issues with the Dryer, Sliding Doors, Fan, Bathroom, and TV (Satellite Service that has more than 300 USA-MX HD Channels) were repaired by our Property Management Team that includes maintenance, housekeeping and concierge personnel as well as the property owner, are always ready to solve any of these issues as soon as we are informed via Email, Text Message, Voice (Telephone) or WhatsApp Message.

fantastic!

Our family which includes daughter and son and their friends stayed at this condo for one whole week. I can not express in words how fabulous this place was. As the kids looked at each bedroom they couldn't even decide which one they wanted. (obviously we got the master bedroom) Each bedroom had a view of the ocean--the arch--lands end. Each bedroom had their own balcony. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. Vladimer received our grocery list and had everything put in the fridge etc. He taught us how to make the best margaritas! The kids called the drink "a vladimer". So we had several vladimer's throughout the week. As far as the whole estancia place, people were very friendly and helpful. You can take your own drinks down to the pool if you have them in a cup or if it's in a can. We grilled several nights on the balcony. A walmart, Sams, and Costco are very close to this location. Also each bedroom had their own AC. That was great too since we all have different comfort zones. I honestly would recommend this place as a 5 star location. Each day we had maid service. Cabo was not scary and it was a great family vacation! Please ignore missed capital letters! :)

Great location/views

The room location and views from the Ocean were amazing and very accurate. We felt as though the rooms could have been a bit more cleaner upon arrival and better communication with property manager. However overall good experience.

Beautiful Cabo Destination

This property was everything and more. The property was beautiful and had all the amenities we were looking for. Restaurant/bar and pool were amazing. All the employees were very friendly. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location.

Unit was spacious with unobstructed ocean views, very clean and great location. Lots of dining options between the three resorts. All staff extremely friendly.

Amazing vacation - we will return!

We had a flawless experience from the time we arrived to the time we left! The resort itself is fantastic. Not too crowded, close enough to everything, and right on a beautiful, swimmable beach. The unit is beautiful, sparkling clean, well-appointed and well-maintained. Oscar and Saul (the welcoming committee) were kind and helpful, and gave us great restaurant recommendations (and they make amazing guacamole and margaritas!). The units look out directly over the beach and the pool, and the balconies are the perfect place to hang out. This was a family vacation for us with our young children, and we're pretty calm, but we were asked to turn down our music on the balcony a couple of times in the middle of the day (we brought a small speaker from home). This was fine with us, we could still listen at a reasonable level, but I wanted to mention it since we were a little surprised anyone could even hear it. But I really appreciated the fact that the resort was calm and enjoyable for our whole family, so I do understand that this requires some level of regulation. All of the staff was quite attentive and helpful, and I was impressed at the level of coordination between the resort, the owner, and ground transportation. Everything seemed to happen seamlessly and we were able to truly relax and enjoy our entire stay. We're already planning our return!
