Electric generator - Perfect residence for family or friends, spend super together. A single property with everything you're looking for. Steps away from El Combate beach, 10 minutes from the Cabo Rojo lighthouse and restaurants with good food, snorkeling and boating available for rent near steps from the residence, the residence has a large gazebo for BBQ and have a great time playing domino and watching in beautiful sunset from our balcony.

Beautiful place near the beach and with a great host, who responded promptly to our questions and concerns. House was well equipped, had the ac on, even water and a bottle of wine. Gorgeous beach view from the balcony. Great yard size and refreshing pool in a quite neighborhood. Would stay there again!

Beautiful home with all the luxuries you can dream of just a short walk away from all the El Combate action. Everything in excellent condition. Even used the outside grill. Had a superb time and will definitely return in the near future.

Secret Paridise

Home was clean , well stocked and perfect location for beaches and getting out and exploring sites. Awesome patio to grill and chill out after a day at the beach or checking out local sites . The pool was a plus for the kids to cool of an evening . My family loved it !

My husband and I planned a 4 night stay here and left the property within 1/2 hr of being there. We then had to scramble to find accommodations elsewhere. This house was not at all as described!! It is NOT on the beach and there is no ocean view. The house itself was ok, but it is “nestled” in a R/V park. There is no privacy in the back yard and the “new pool” is a dipping pool, about 8’x8’. Not nearly as large as it looks in the photos. Combate beach is NOT “steps away” it’s more like 1/4 of a mile. The neighborhood felt very unsafe. There is a code to get into the main gate/property, a key to get in to the main door, and another key to get into the house, and every bedroom door had a key for it, making us feel like it was not a safe neighborhood. The neighbors RVs all had chain-link fences around them. There were no, bars/restaurants in the neighborhood, and we would not have felt safe, walking around the neighborhood, especially at night.I tried to reach the host several times through phone and messaging, but never heard back until a couple days of arrival. Communication was difficult as we don’t speak the same language. He did not understand my concerns and that his property was not at all as described. He refused to give us any refund at all. Run from this place.

Close to the beach

The pros are: It’s really close to the beach, the beds are comfortable, it’s relatively clean, spacious house with breathtaking view, air conditioning throughout, nice gazebo. Cons: WiFi signal only works in the middle room, It was very difficult finding the property since GPS doesn’t accurately track.

This was a great place for our 10 people family trip including a 1 month old. The community concession stand had food and music. Overall it was a nice experience!

Wonderful getaway

Our stay was great. We had 5 adults, and kids were 10 months, 2, 7 and 10. The walk to the beach’s was very an easy walk and kids loved the sea. The stay of 5 days was ver much needed.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This property was excellent for a weekend getaway while we were visiting family in Puerto Rico. The house was beautiful, great for entertaining, had a great location and close to the beach as described. We had a phenomenal time. Host was easy to contact with questions. We would go back again!

The property was gorgeous, very spacious and comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen, which we liked a lot. Very close to the beach but not so close as to be in the midst of all the traffic. The owners were there when we arrived and were lovely. If I have the opportunity to visit the area again would not hesitate to look up this property to stay again.

Best location in the Combate area!

We stayed for 3 nights at this location. Property was very clean, AC units in the entire house and walking distance to Combate beach. Also close to the famous restaurant Annie's Place and other tourist attractions. This house is big enough to accommodate large families. I highly recommend staying here if you are thinking if visiting Cabo Rojo.

Great spot!

This house is close to beautiful beaches and we enjoyed spending time in nearby Boqueron. It was difficult to find after dark but the owner was helpful when we called. Puerto Rico is an amazing island and this was a great home base to explore part of it.

Mid-week vacation

Beautiful property as described. Very clean inside and out. We didn't do any real cooking at the property, but kitchen looked nicely appointed. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable. We did experience a power failure during our stay and the new generator did not start up automatically. The host was quickly responsive to texts and helped us start it up. Overall, the property was perfect for our party of 4 adults and two teenagers.
