Just like Rosy, We have several other guests that visit our home year after year, which is something that we appreciate immensely and that motivate us to make the experience at our home always an improving one. We try to make the experience at our home a unique, and always evolving, experience. In the last few years we have added ceiling fans throughout the house, new patio furniture, and new Electronics in the Kitchen, and mezzanine with a new TV and Radio. We have also added expanded WiFi capabilities for a complete and reliable WiFi connectivity throughout the house and portions of the yard. We continue making improvements on our Yard planting new plants and trying new things.

Thank so much for your review! We strive to make the experience of our guests an exceptional one. We make frequent use of our vacation home, and we are obsessed with having it fully stocked with top of the line items for us to enjoy, and our guests benefit directly from that obsession. The house has two balconies and a very large terrace that allows our guests to immerse themselves into the beauty of the views and of the nature that surrounds the property. Open green spaces that seemingly reach unobstructed to the beach and to the bay of Boqueron in the near distance. The entire south facade of the house is made out of glass, glass doors, and glass windows. These allow for the peaceful and careful contemplation of its surroundings from the various seating areas throughout the house, and some of the bedrooms. Furthermore, these large doors and windows open to fully free the space, and to allow the free flowing breezes of the sea to reach about every corner of the house. In so providing a relaxing and calming sensation all day long. The house seats neatly between two of the most Popular beaches in the area: Boqueron Beach and Buye Beach. Nevertheless, if you bring a sense for adventure and a lively curiosity, you will love exploring the many beaches, restaurants, and night life that surrounds the little and charming town of Boqueron a few minutes away. Welcome to the Beautiful Island of Puerto Rico!

Hello Joshua, Thank you for your kind review of our property. Yes, as Joshua indicated, he encountered a problem with our new Solar Water heater. The new heater was installed on March 3rd, 2024. In about three months, and coinciding with Joshua's visit, the water intake regulator failed, not allowing the heating core of the tank to accept water to the point that there was no heating core water to transfer heat to the water flowing through its heat pipe on its way to the house. The heater was fixed during warranty as soon as the manufacturer was able to service it, but Joshua unfortunately had to experience a few days without hot water. The house has been updated with new items on nearly every appliance and system, at this time, over the last two years. New ACs (4), new washer and dryer, new refrigerator, new stove, Microwave, dishwasher, and most recently, as indicated, a Solar water heater. Also, the house features and impressive Solar energy array of solar panels and batteries that have already been demonstrated effective during, and after, two major storms: Hurricane Fiona in the fall of 2022, and Tropical storm Ernesto (just before it became a Hurricane, although it felt like it was already one) just a couple of weeks ago. Similarly, the house features a 600 gallon water tank that provides water during, and after the storms. Puerto Rico's infrastructure is still fragile. We loss street water and power on both occasions, but the house was unaffected due to these systems.

We love this house and its location a great deal, and we are so glad that the things that make it so wonderful and beautiful for us, also appeal in the same way to those who visit it. Boqueron, and Puerto Rico in general, offer a wonderful variety of sights and activities sure to appeal to all visitors. If Seafood is your thing, the Boqueron, and Joyuda area nearby contain a great list of culinary experiences and choices. For those interested in cooking themselves, a short visit to Puerto Real (less than 10 minutes away) will open up your choices to the catch of the day. Whether that is fish, lobster, crab, and everything in between. During the weekend's evenings, the Little Town of Boqueron comes really alive and offers a great assortment of night experiences ranging from the food street vendors offering oysters and the like, including the famous "Pinchos" (sort of a Kabob) of Shark, Red Snapper, and other varieties of meat (including chicken, beef and pork) to the Karaoke bars, and the exciting party and family atmosphere on its streets. They are is certainly something for everyone of us!
