Welcome to your private getaway. Situated on a beautiful 1 acre lot on a quiet street. Minutes from downtown Cookeville, Tennessee Tech, Burgess Falls, Cummins Falls, and all other local hikes, lakes and rivers. This beautiful home is the perfect escape that keeps you very close to downtown Cookeville. Perfect for a family getaway. Here’s some details:
— On 1 acre of park like land, so you have plenty of privacy.
— 3 bedrooms.
— 2 ½ bathrooms.
— 2,200 sqft of indoor living space.
— Large living room with a large 4K Smart TV, couch, chairs.
— Internet-enabled TV so can login to your NetFlix account.
— Washer and Dryer
— Beautifully decorated
— Whole house has HI-speed WiFi throughout.

Room 1: This is the master bedroom. On the main floor, it has a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress (get a great night’s rest!), its own full bathroom, walk-in closet, beautiful views that overlook the property.
Room 2: Large bedroom with a queen-sized bed that also has a memory foam mattress. Large closet and great views. Big sitting area just outside the room to just relax and enjoy your time. Convenient full bathroom located on the same floor.
Room 3: Large bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds, it shares a hallway full bathroom, is great for sleeping 2 people. Great closet space. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.

THE KITCHEN:
Food is a huge deal when getting together. All you need to bring is your food.
— Spacious kitchen to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.

— Larger Fridge/Freezer
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, and more.

Cookeville Farm House

Quaint little farm house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our vist with family. Close to town, the lake, shopping and restaurants. Host was easy to contact with questions. Great place for the family to stay.

Fishing Tournament

Was a very nice place and clean! My husband and I and two friends were in a fishing tournament on Center Hill Lake. Very convenient to get to Cookeville Boat Dock. Plenty of room for two trucks with bass boats. Robin had answered any questions I had before booking very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Property provides a unique home away from home stay with close access to highways and dining amenities. All needed accommodations were provided to make the stay welcoming.. The little sayings and decorations around the house give the warmth and comforting touch of caring owner for quests Suggestions for homeowner, water system on fridge needs to be checked, metal beds a little squeaky, maybe some new pillows and adjustment to auto locking door so quests don’t feel like someone’s coming in?

The house was a nice size for us and had a very comfortable kitchen/dining area. The kitchen and bathrooms could have been stocked more generously with tableware, towels, etc. Overall, the house needed a deep clean. I mentioned this to the owner and she was going to talk to her cleaning service.

Wedding Weekend

Our family stayed at this property for the weekend of my daughter's wedding that was at a venue close by. It is a lovely home that accommodates up to 8, with a nice big kitchen. We did not spend a lot of time in the home as we were busy with wedding activities. My one suggestion would be to stock more bath towels since it does sleep up to 8 people and there were only 5 towels. Our party had 6 people. Everyone likes to sleep in their own bed so that part is a matter of preference. All in all, it was a comfortable stay and we would definitely recommend.

Spent the weekend w my family from MN at this home to be with my oldest daughter and watch the first home game at TN Tech (she’s a freshman in band). We had space to spread out and plenty of room to gather, couldn’t ask for more!

This rental was our last of 3 rentals that we stayed in during our week-long "vacation" and definitely our favorite! Without boring you with details, the first 4 days of our trip were a nightmare-everything that could go wrong did- and made me regret even going on vacation. When we arrived here, it was so peaceful and tranquil-we felt like we could finally breath again and gave me hope that perhaps our trip would end on a good note! The house was very clean and so tastefully decorated. The location is ideal. Rural and quiet, yet convenient to everything (we had so many Door Dash options for supper!) The little step that others had mentioned going into the master bedroom is worth noting, but after the first time or two, it was easy to remember it was there and posed no problems. Curling up in the living room in the evening to watch tv with the family was so nice. We all agreed, we wish we would've stayed here for our entire trip! If we are ever in Cookeville again, we will definitely be coming back! :)

Spacious and good location

Location is really good, close to town and many attractions. The house is spacious and was very clean. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, and then some. Owners are very responsive and brought us some items that were missing from the house. The beds are very firm. To get the upstairs bedrooms cool enough you have to turn the thermostat way down and keep the bedroom doors shut. Maybe add a small window unit??? I almost broke my toe and bruised both knees when I tripped and fell over the weird threshold from the master bedroom to the kitchen. The yard needs some TLC. Some type of furniture is desperately needed for the front porch. We took the kitchen chairs outside but they were not very comfortable. Would not recommend for people with young children because the railing upstairs is dangerous.

Enjoyable retreat

We ladies came to Cookeville to visit friends. We loved the house and location. As a person who once used their home as a VRBO and who have stayed at many, I would like to make a few recommendations. We would have greatly appreciated a few chairs to relax on the porch, and a less sparse kitchen. It was a beautiful kitchen with a lot of space and storage units, but had only the bare necessities on kitchen supplies. There is also an ant issue on the counter close to the refrigerator. We had some covered cupcakes we had to throw out. There is so much potential in the beautiful, huge yard, but it is in great need of maintenance, including a much needed mowing. We would have enjoyed a fire pit, or to be able to play some sports like badminton. A back patio with lawn furniture would make it so much more inviting. This is just a few suggestions, not complaints. The house was very clean and we loved the openness. Thanks.
