Our posh and spacious loft-style apartment with exposed brick has a true big city feel surrounded by small-town charm. It comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and is centrally located in Cookeville s Historic Westside District within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, and the train depot.
Built in 1927, the apartment is a comfortable fusion of historic charm with an urban vibe. With exposed brick, stylish lighting, hardwood floors, and modern, mid-century decor, the space has a cool, relaxed feel. The living area features a massive sectional surrounding a 60 inch flatscreen, and a separate sitting area beside the brick fireplace. The full-service kitchen features new stainless appliances, granite countertops, aside an eight-top dining bar. The master bedroom features a king size bed, tv and full on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a king size bed below a loft with an additional 2 fulls, a tv and a full bath next door. Out back, guests enjoy a fenced patio area with cozy furniture perfect for relaxing.

Graduation Weekend

This was the PERFECT stay for graduation weekend. The large open living space and kitchen was perfect for family to gather to eat following graduation and relax and visit. The area of Cookeville is perfect for shopping, eating and exploring local breweries. Only downside is parking, as there was barely room for our 1 vehicle. There are options for free parking around the area, you just need your patience cap on to find your way as it is a very busy area, at all times. Host was wonderful.

Great location! Walkable to so many great restaurants and cute shops! In town for a Beer Fest which was just across the street at Trackside. Also discovered Father Tom's, Gene's Pizza, and Cream City Ice Cream, all walkable from the property. Great space for a small group. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed in thia great property. Very clean and comfortable. The location is great and right in the middle of downtown Cookeville, close to all the shops and restaurants. It is also very close to TTU’s campus.
