Use of the entire downstairs area (Iiving room, kitchen, and patio) is included. Fast Xfinity Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the home. The backyard patio opens up to lovely large trees on a hillside with mountain views. Use of a new washer/dryer combo unit (and laundry detergent) is included. The refrigerator dispenses clean filtered drinking water and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and making coffee/tea. The living room includes a Roku Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Video, and many more channels. Easy and safe parking is available on the street.

The owner resides/works upstairs and gives maximum privacy to guests, but makes himself available to assist with any questions about the home or the area in general. One friendly large older dog resides outside on the patio and the patio is cleaned daily as well as the home.
