Easy check in, clean, nearby shops and ocean and the host responds quickly to any needs. Be mindful that it is on street parking so first come, first served. And don’t forget to turn your wheels when you park (I got a ticket). ;) and bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper because you are below the homeowner. It was a perfect fit for our visit!

Loved the location, easy street parking. Had nice amenities, tea kettle, electric burners and microwave. Lots of space but layout different than most, winding hall from one bedroom to living room.

The only reason we could not give you all 5 is the floor layout.1. It was not obvious that the kitchen and eating areas not connected, the floor plan is not clearly layout.2. There are too many steps within the unit; the entrance steps inside is going down immediately, quite dangerous to guests, especially first time step in. These are safety concerns. But we also know there is not an easy way to fix it. The large bedroom also has a step down floor, took guests a while to get used to it.Other than the layout, we don't have other concerns.It was easy to reach the manager and get info, etc. We did enjoy our stay!

Location was ideal, close to everything restaurants, shopping plaza & San Francisco. Host and neighbors were very thoughtful in telling us where to park on street cleaning days. Owners' daughter was sweet in tell us about the daily morning fog - very sweet. Place was reasonable for our visit.
