Altitude Adjustment Lodge stands as the largest and most luxurious home within the exclusive Copper Mountain ski-in/ski-out community. With panoramic views of the ski slopes, the home offers ski in/out directly from the patio as well as a home theater, indoor fireplace and hot tub on the deck. The lodge accommodates families and large groups of up to 26 guests.

- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is 26. Please do not exceed this limit.

- Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

- Events: Events are allowed, including family gatherings and weddings, with a maximum of 30 attendees.

- Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.

- Children: Children of all ages are allowed. The following age groups are welcome: 0-2 years, 3-12 years, and 13-17 years.

- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

- Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per Summit County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site.

- Fire Pit: The fire pit is unavailable to guests due to liability concerns.

- Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.

- Please note that we do not offer refunds for ski conditions, weather, road closures, or any other circumstances outside our cancellation policy.

-We require all guests to complete a short pre-arrival form, which includes signing our rental agreement and providing basic contact details.
