This condo has many amenities that you will enjoy or you can venture out on the island to the Pleasure Pier, the Strand, museums, there are lots of shopping opportunities or maybe visiting UTMB!

Beautiful and Immaculate

We will definitely return to this beautiful, refeshing and elegant beach styled condo. It had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, even sand buckets etc. for the grandson. This place was immaculate and styled beautifully. It is located 4 to 7 min from Beach, Moody gardens, Pleasure Pier. The host was awesome and responds very quickly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Blue Wave. Sue is a very welcoming host and made sure all was well once I checked in. Most days I was at the beach or enjoying the pool. On rainy days I watched movies or read. I felt right at home!

Great Vacation!

This unit was everything that I could have asked for and more. This is a great location close to the beach, and the check-in process was easy. The manager was responsive, friendly, and was quick to reply when I asked her for restaurant recommendations..... She also has little extras like board games, and a sign-in pad to document your vacation (small things that made the place feel more comfortable). This will be my ongoing first option as I plan more trips to Galveston!

Great quiet place near the beach!

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The complex was very quiet. It is a bit further West than most of the crowd goes, but still close enough to catch an Uber for those fun nights on the seawall. Sue was an excellent host and stayed in contact with us the entire trip. She made sure we had her direct mobile number the day before the trip in case we had any issues. The location has definitely been updated and we enjoyed the relaxing "blue" theme. The furniture and bed were comfortable. All of the appliances were new and clean. We would not be hesitant to return again or suggest for a friend.

Lovely Condo/Amazing Host

First of all, Susan is an amazing human. Unfortunately, we came to Galveston right after Hurricane Beryl for Nationals softball tournament. We had to deal with all things hurricane but being from Louisiana, we are experienced in that area. As much as we had to deal with inconveniences due to the hurricane, Sue was the most gracious host, so kind and caring. I’m forever grateful to her for being so generous because I know she did not have to be. Her condo is beautiful and exactly what we needed for our stay.

Cute, nice place. Further from beach than I expected. Nice pool at Condo - small walk to pool, but no issues. Safe, secure. Easy access. Very clean, well maintained, plenty of supplies. My only item I was disappointed with was that the vanity was open to bedroom. My spouse and I get up a drastically different times, and I felt bad for lights, hair dryer, etc. being used while he tried to sleep.

Great Spring Break Getaway

Sue was great from start to finish with our Spring Break getaway. Just in talking to her about if she had a Keurig on site, she told me no. Well never in my wildest dreams did I think she would order one and have it delivered during my stay. She was amazing to work with and her condo was so perfect for us. If we make it back down to Galveston, the Blue Wave is a must stay for our family.

The Blue Wave is precisely as posted. The condo is cozy, well furnished and clean. We found the listing descriptions spot on to our experience. Sue is a fabulous hostess. I applaud and very much appreciated her communication throughout, response to any questions and overall availability as needed. As an owner, she takes great care in this property and in meeting the needs of her guests. I especially appreciated timely updates, appliances and furniture in the condo. The condo is not filled with hand-me-downs or low quality furnishings. While somewhat aged, the complex is well cared for. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. It was on the quiet end of the seawall, very convenient to beach access. We especially enjoyed being able to drive onto the beach at various access points. This is a great rental in Galveston!

Relaxing and Comfortable Condo!

Sue is a wonderful host, and the condo itself is great! It’s well kept, cozy, and in a quieter area of Galveston. I’d highly recommend booking here if you’re looking into staying in Galveston! Perfect beach escape!

My 8 year old son and I have gone on a mommy/son beach trip for several years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed! We had plenty of space for the two of us and the condo could easily fit a family of four comfortably. We loved how the condo had a downstairs living area and kitchen and the bedroom and bathroom was upstairs. The closet was huge, which made it great for putting all of our extra things in it so that we were able to enjoy a clean condo with plenty of room. The owner Sue was so friendly and easy to get a hold of whenever we needed anything. Luckily, she has thought of everything and there wasn’t much we needed. The condo area was very quiet and peaceful, and for being a pet friendly complex, all of the neighbors were very good about keeping the grounds clean. The pool area was fantastic! Very clean and we swam every day after the beach. I loved the location because it was closer to the west area beaches and made it easy to get to with very little traffic. Yet, it wasn’t too far from downtown or any of the tourist locations. We will definitely be staying at the Bluewave again!

Perfect for our trio

We enjoyed our girls weekend at the Blue Wave, the condo was nicely decorated and super clean as well as the property. It was conveniently located right off the Seawall, so we were close to everything. Sue is a wonderful host, she made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Little Pet-friendly Condo

This place was great and the owner's were even better. We were in town for the Sandcastle competition and they were very accomodating with our reservation and arrival/departure time. When I could not get the remote to work at 10:30 at night I texted, they called and we had TV working in a couple of minutes. The condo was very clean, and the decor was very nice. Our Pomeranian puppies thought it was the best and we liked the grassy areas on the premises for them to do their business. The only issue we had was the stairs are a little steep so our smallest dog had trouble with them. The bed was very comfortable and after a long day at the beach that is very important. We have found our new escape to Galveston.
