Awesome studio apartment nestled in a quiet South Lakeland very close to Florida Southern College, lakes, highways, restaurants, downtown and much more.
You will have a private entrance, kitchen with everything you need, cozy outdoor space, spacious bedroom bathroom area with your own A/C unit in a completely renovated place.
Once you turn into our street, you will notice the quiet and serine atmosphere of the neighborhood.

The apt. is in a perfect location, a short drive to so many stores & restaurants. Natacha has a very quick response time and provides a very clean space with heat & ac and many amenities. I definitely recommend the place.

Natacha was awesome, I had trouble getting in because I was trying lock box on house by fence and not the one on door. My mistake was fine after I opened gate and Natacha responded right away. Best hostess I have ever had. Place was in quiet neighborhood. Was close to groceries, drug stores and restaurants. Place was very clean and had everything you needed. We will be back. Thank You!

Perfect vacation lodging for two

We loved the kitchen, large closet and private courtyard. Very clean and host was very quick to answer our questions. Great location, easy access to all our destinations but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was great!

My wife and I were in LandLake for 4 days and this was the perfect spot for us! It’s Queen sized bed is really comfortable (a big plus for us) and the place was clean and welcoming! We have family in Lakeland and this is our new spot to stay when we come to town!

This little apartment was perfect for my stay. It was very clean, very well stocked and the bed/pillows were amazingly comfortable. Natalia was great with communication and all the little touches put her a notch above other hosts

Perfect spot

We came into town for a few days to see family and this cozy spot was great for us. Perfect for two people just looking for a nice quiet place to stay. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Perfect for those evening or morning walks. Host was very responsive and so nice. Was super close to so many things. Perfect location. Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in town!
