COMFORTABLE QUIET PRIVATE BEDROOM FOR FOUR GUESTS!!! Looking for a huge value for your money? Look no further. Beautiful home with a large ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a couch that has a full size pull out sleeper. Complete with Kitchen table, desk for a work space, 48" TV with spectrum cable, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. You will also have your own private entrance, as well as access to the pool. Coffee, towels and basic bath amenities included. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please email with bookings longer than 60 days.

I have lived in Florida most of my life, and lived in Lakeland for the past 20 years. I really love Lakeland, not too busy but still lots to do here. I am also a Retired Military spouse, and love anything that has to do with Horses!!! The room is managed by my son Jason who is a real estate agent :-)
