The coffee maker does not take k-cups so we had to bring our own Keurig, which sits on a VERY flimsy plastic shelf. This is a hazard and not acceptable, especially with young children. Other outlets did not work so we had to use that one. The couch must be a Walmart 99.00 special and was SO uncomfortable; fuzzy fabric, hard & boxy, and lacking in depth, I could not sit on it, which only left hard wood chairs to sit on and therefore we never had a comfortable place to sit the whole time. One should expect at least a few comfortable seating options on vacation to curl up and read a book, etc. The bedroom with the queen bed needs to be remodeled to provide more room. You have to shift sideways and the closets and drawers smelled VERY MUSTY. The central A/C was not working (which we knew) but the window unit is up against the head of the bed so we could feel the compressor come on throughout the night. There was no remote for that TV, so we could not use it.The kitchen counters had been painted over and thus they are peeling in many areas. The bathtub needs a caddy for shampoo and soaps because all the built-in molded ledges do not hold anything in place. We paid approx. 500.00/night but we will seek other options in the future that offer better accommodations for that kind of money. FYI: We stayed in another unit 2 years ago and the Mini-Golf on the beach was in EXACTLY the same run-down condition, same broken areas on same holes.
