Charming Point Sebago Resort Home - Booking for 2025 & 2026!

Ideal for entertaining, 4-season getaway for friends or family! Well-maintained, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, with queen size sofa bed home is located within the 775 acre Point Sebago Resort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 - twin beds, closet and a half bathroom.
The living area includes a large sleep sectional sofa with bookend chaises, as well as a 55" flat-screen SmartTV. The dining area includes a table that seats 6, a breakfast nook that seats 4 and the bar seats 3 in the furnished kitchen.
Stacked washer/dryer are available in the laundry room. The outdoor deck has a table for 6. The fire pit out back fits 8 comfortably for making s'mores, telling tall fish tales or scary campfire stories. Golf Cart available for rent upon request. (Additional fee)

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sebago. The property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities one would need on vacation. The owner was very easy to deal with and communicated well. I would definitely recommend.

Just perfect!!

This house was exactly as pictured and simply perfect for us. We have been going to Point Sebago for years and are extremely excited to have found a house that we look forward to returning to. Joe was extremely friendly and responsive, the kitchen had everything you could ever need, all just a few minutes from the lakefront. We cannot wait til next year!!

Great week with extended family

Wonderful week in point sebago

Very comfortable and well equipped house with a good size living area as well as nice outdoor deck and firepit. The owner was very easy to contact although we did not have any issues. It was very clean and we'll maintained. Although only my husband and i stayed in the house our daughters rented houses nearby with their families that include our 7 grandchildren . The kids loved riding their bikes to our house and then going to the store . There is enough seating space for all 13 of us to eat inside one night. Overall another great week at point sebago!
