Le Fouquet Rez is a charming apartment for up to 4 people, ideally located just a few minutes from the Savoleyres gondolas. It has a pleasant south/south-west facing terrace, offering an unobstructed and spectacular view of the Combins.The apartment consists of a bright living room with dining area and open kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and a large closet, as well as a sofa bed (160 x 185 cm) in the living room. A spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet completes the layout.Please note that access to the apartment is via a staircase. -- The keys are available from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at our agency : Rue de la Poste 23. Possibility of arrival after 6:00 pm, keys will be in the Key Box on request. -- -- -- Final Cleaning: Normal cleaning of the accommodation on departure is included in the price. -- -- Available Kitchen Towels: A starter kit for washing up, with 1 disposable kitchen towel, is provided. -- -- Available Bath Towels: A set of bath towels per person is available. -- -- Bedsheets: -- The laundry of one set per person is included, the beds are ready for your arrival. -- -- Parking: Refer to the description. -- -- Caution: A deposit of approximately 10% (minimum CHF 300.-) of the price will be requested upon arrival.
