It was better than the pictures. Everything was perfect and super spacious. Our family cooks and this place had everything we needed for our three chefs who are very fussy. We will forever remember this stay as the best memory ever. There was room to be together and room to be alone. Truly can’t say enough good things about this place.

The house is in a fantastic spot, with stunning sunsets and surfers right out front. Plus, it can comfortably fit bigger groups. The deck was equipped with an appropriate number of tables and chairs. The barbecue was a great size and plenty of propane. The pool was immaculate and perfect size.The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The pool table and bar provided an enjoyable space for socializing. We had ample towels and bedding, and it was convenient to have three full-size refrigerators and a washer and dryer.One thing that wasn’t ideal was the parking lot next door, which was a gathering spot on the weekend. The traffic noise would have been significantly reduced if everyone followed the speed limit.The presence of geckos and goats was not a concern; they were entertaining to watch.

Just had a WONDERFUL stay at this beautiful home in Kona. Location is absolutely perfect…..close to town, walking distance to beaches and restaurants, across the street from a surfers beach. House was perfect for 12 people….air Conditioned rooms, lots of bathrooms and laundry facilities. Garage supplied us with all the snorkel equipment we needed, along with boogie and surf boards. And the pool was a huge hit every day for our group. The home sits above Ali’i road which can be a busy road, but the views and sunsets were so stunning that the noise was never an issue for us.The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked with appliances and the host is very responsive. The pool table was a bonus as well as a wine cooler and frig for drinks in the pool room.We HIGHLY recommend this home!

The property was very clean and spacious! The kitchen was well stocked for us. The pool area and grill was a nice place for us to hangout! This home was perfect for our family vacation with our grown children and their children. Each family had a separate space to relax and we all could gather together around the pool and watch the sun set. The location was convenient for all the snorkeling and beach activities and there were plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. While this is on a busy road, that didn’t bother us at all. The only negative is that there are a lot of stairs - for someone with mobility issues, that may be a problem.

Had a great time! Great location across from the water. We enjoyed watching the surfers. Busy road. The house is spacious and we used the beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The kids loved the pool. AC was not working in the game room which was where the evenings were spent. We were unhappy with the pillows and linens on the beds. Sheets were worn and pillows very worn out. The house has everything needed for a large family vacation. Mahalo

Beautiful accommodations and view!

Our entire family celebrated our anniversary here and loved it! Plenty of room for four families, nice pool and fantastic views! Traffic was a little busy/noisy, but not bad and settled down in the evening. Overall a wonderful time and place to celebrate!

The place was clean and offered plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the main house oven was not working, though there was one in the attached in-law suite, which was still inconvenient. The oven was fixed 2 days prior to departure. As a party of eight instead of nine, the size was perfect. It did show some wear and could use a thorough cleaning and trim work painted. The location was great, and we had no trouble with the driveways. Just pull out slow visabilty is blocked a little by folliage.

Kona Vacation

This is a large house that is great for families. We had 11 family members and there was room for all. We enjoyed the large kitchen, very well equipped and used the barbecue on the deck. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the game room. Location was a little busy for walking but there are lots of small shops, outdoor markets and eating places easy to walk to.

Great family rental

The home was really comfortable and quiet. The bedrooms were spaced out so that the baby didn’t wake anyone but mom and dad! The pool was great especially for the kids. We we able to go to sites both north and south easily - and we could even walk to a great beach. Everyone loved the place.
