3 * Apartment '' Mont Blanc '', 125m², on the slopes, 8 to 10 pers
Our chalet is located at the end of the paved road
at 1300 m altitude, above the village of Cordon.
In winter we are in the middle of the Cordon ski area. You put your skis on the terrace. The ski school and the departure of the ski lifts are 5 minutes away, by the blue slope. The tracks pass next to the building. For hikers, the snowshoe trail starts at the end of the car park. The road is regularly plowed up to the chalet but snow tires are needed in winter for safety.
In summer, we are at the door of the pastures, starting many hikes. The calm, the nature, the beauty of the panorama are the strong points of our situation.
Less than 30 minutes by car, you can enjoy the beach and swimming at Lake Passy or Ilettes and the famous biotope of Combloux.
We are 20 minutes from Combloux, 30 minutes from Megève and 1 hour from Chamonix, Flaine, Les Gets ...
For the discovery of our region, we are about 1 hour from Geneva, Annecy, Aosta in Italy ...
Our apartment "Mont Blanc", for 8 people, with the decor "Mountain" offers a unique view of the entire chain of Mont Blanc.
Parking level: 2 closed boxes,
Level 1: equipped kitchen, open to the living room, TV lounge (large screen)
bedroom n ° 1: (1 x 160), bathroom and separate toilet,
terrace of 50m² (east), balcony (south).
Level 2: Bedroom # 2: (1 x 160 + 1 x 80)
room n ° 3: (2 x 80 + 1 x 80)
1 large bathroom, separate toilet,
living room: games, reading, DVD ... (sofa bed 1 x 120).
A kit 'Baby' is available: cot and high chair.
This apartment can be rented at any time of the year: at the week of Saturday to Saturday during the school holidays.
Possibility to rent minimum 2 nights outside the holiday periods.
The option "end-of-stay cleaning" includes the supply of sheets. The beds are made upon arrival.
