Stay in an amazing tiny house on a private acre near Zion and St. George. Enjoy the spacious 320 square feet with high ceilings, full kitchen, upgraded bathroom, and 2 queen beds. Experience beautiful views at the top of the property with hammocks. This unique mountain lookout is perfect for stargazing and is a short walk from the tiny house. The property is less than 1 mile from the I-15 freeway. Zion National Park is located only 32 miles away, Bryce Canyon is 125 miles, and St. George is 16 miles away.

You will find everything you need in this adorable tiny house. There is keyless entry to check-in anytime after 3 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

There are two extremely comfortable queen beds. The kitchen has smaller appliances with a fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, and full sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster, and all other cooking essentials. A LG all-in-one washer and dryer is available for guests. A four person dining table is a perfect eating area and may also be used for a game table or desk space for a laptop. More seating is available outside with a picnic table and small bistro table. A propane grill is located outside for guests. The bathroom has a vanity and brand new upgraded shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a portable crib located under the bed if needed.

WiFi is available at the tiny house with a username and password. The 32 inch Roku TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube. The air conditioner and heater is an all-in-one unit and has a remote control to regulate the temperature inside the home.

Our tiny house is perfect for travelers who plan to visit multiple national and state parks in Southern Utah. The I-15 freeway is also less than a mile away for those travelers who are passing through and need a quick place to stay.

Family Trip to Southern UT

We had an awesome trip and we really loved this tiny house. The property was perfect. Easy to get to lots of places within 5-10 minutes. Short drive to Zion. There is a little walking path up to a row of hammock’s. The house was perfect. Very well stocked with anything you need. Really a great place for an anniversary get away. The location was great for visiting lots of sites. We went to Zion and it was a quick, easy drive. Communicating with the host was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

Perfect Escape to the Desert!

The ideal location for off the beaten path access to Zion and the surrounding Hurricane valley. About a 15 minute drive into Hurricane and 40 minutes to Zion. We stayed as a couple and it was exactly enough space, having a full kitchen was very important and this worked great. This could work for a 3rd person but may get cramped as there isn't a ton of storage space. House was very clean, finding it was easy and check in was a breeze. Wifi didn't work much at all, but that's not why you're on a trip here anyway. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

lovely and perfect tiny house near Zion

We loved our stay at this tiny house in Leeds. It was a perfect set up for the two of us -- very comfortable bed and couch, nicely appointed mini-kitchen and clean and comfortable bathroom. We walked up the trail to the stargazing spot -- it was a bit too windy on our trip but we can imagine it being glorious on a clear summer evening. Very convenient location -- easy drive to Zion, easy ride into St. George for restaurants and shops, and there is a terrific Mexican restaurant just a few minutes away. Owners were attentive and great to deal with. Really glad we chose this little house for our visit to Zion.

Perfect adventure

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip. My son and I visited southern Utah specifically for zion, but we also wanted to explore beyond that. The proximity to zion was great while not being too close to the park. The host does an incredible job of highlighting all of the nearby parks, restaurants, etc. as well as some of the more popular sites. This helped us explore more parks and locations that aren’t as well known or busy. Exactly what we were looking for! The house itself has all of the amenities you need. Exactly as described and perfect for an unforgettable trip!

Our first impression of this place was, 'Adorable!' This tiny home is so quaint yet you have everything you need! The Hardman's literally thought of everything. From pots/pans/cutting board to cook, coffee along with the Keurig, washer + dryer, tv with Netflix, etc., DVD player with a nice assortment of good movies. I did yoga outside on their little grass side patio on one of the morning's, and it was lovely to hear all the animals and see the beautiful mountains ahead. The drive to Zion National Park was not bad at all, it took about 40 minutes. We also visited some of the other places that were close by thanks to their recommendations (little black binder you'll see when you go in). If you need to go to the store there's the 'Leed's Market' which is less than 5 minutes away, and although small they have the necessities, including produce. Or you can drive to St. George which is not too far. I'd also like to mention that my boyfriend and I ran into some pretty bad car trouble that seriously delayed our arrival, and Mick went in person to check up on us and make sure we were good to go once we finally made it! He was extremely kind and thoughtful. I absolutely recommend this place & would LOVE to return when we plan our next trip to Utah!!!

Why they chose this property

We wanted to build a tiny house on a large piece of private land. We loved this unique acre lot because we were able to build a trail to the top of the property for beautiful views and privacy. We feel the mountain lookout 450 feet behind the tiny house makes our property different than other rental properties.

What makes this property unique

Don't forget to take a short walk up the hill along the country fence to the top of the property. It's an ideal place to relax, star gaze, or do morning yoga. We hope our guest love their experience at our charming tiny house and enjoy their getaway in beautiful Southern Utah.
