Villa Cabardèle, Aix-en-Provence, 6 bedrooms

Our large family home will seduce you with its space, comfort and decoration. Our farmhouse offers 6 beautiful bedrooms, ideal for a large family or several friends to share pleasant moments in Provence. The swimming pool 5 by 12 awaits you. You can refresh yourself before having an aperitif under the big trees. Summer and winter, our air conditioning and central heating installations and the fireplace will offer you the greatest comfort. You are 5 minutes by car from Cour Mirabeau.
The new swimming pool was built last summer. We then set up automatic watering. There is only the lawn to replant in the spring and the garden will be finished.

90th Birthday

This property was ideal for a family gathering there were nine of us and we had amply room to gather as a group and yet enough space to get away. The pool and boule court are nice extras and were used every day. The only negative I have is that the property is gated and we were only given one clicker, which was a challenge with nine individuals going off in different directions.

Great House

My friends and I enjoyed our 8-day stay in the beautiful house. The bedrooms are large (except for bunks) and the kitchen had lots of pots and pans. The dining room easily accommodates 10 people. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from Aix. Taxis were 12-18 euro. Bring your own shower soap because the owner does not provide it. Also bring some insect repellent. There were a fair number of mosquitoes in October.
