The house is so warm and inviting! The back yard and den were the best places to chill out and visit with family and friends. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were all comfortable.

Perfect place to restore your soul.

Perfection! Much needed time with great friends who are like family, and supporting each other thru medical issues. The perfect peaceful retreat for us all with a lovely little waterfall in the creek. Day trips to Leipers Fork and Dickson.

By far the best vacation rental we’ve had. Our girls trip to Nashville was wonderful but the weather didn’t cooperate. None of us really cared because the house was so great. The location was peaceful and the amenities were excellent.

The outside is absolutely amazing. Porch swing, big porch w/plenty of seating, lovely creek- grandkids had a ball, peaceful. Then you walk in. Soooo adorable and beautiful. Unique window shutters. Big dining table for the family. Nicely supplied with kid stuff. It was comfortable sleeping. and seating. Ample fridge room. Nicely dish stocked kitchen. Love it so much, hope to be able to come back again 😁

A Literal Dream

We are in love with this cozy property! Picture this: rustic yet updated, a dream kitchen, fire places on both floors, a little play nook for the 3 year olds to play in, a huge table for us to eat together and play games, a creek, a huge porch, a quick drive into Nashville while also being able to retreat from the noise and soak in quality time. We were in heaven! Honestly better than we ever could've hoped. We will be booking again.

Nashville competition weekend

We came as a family to support my granddaughter in the cheerleading competition at Nashville. We chose to stay just outside the Nashville hustle and bustle and we we delighted with our choice. It was a very cool rainy weekend with limited outdoor opportunities. We loved the house and the creek and still got to enjoy the porch and watch it rain. The house was set up great for kids and the chalk play table was appreciated! Our host was very helpful and we already had every thing we needed available. We even had a birthday celebration and found all the kitchen tools we needed. Pictures do not do the house justice. It is awesome!

Fantastic Getaway

We loved the space! It is a perfect balance of farmhouse and high quality accommodations. They are very easy to communicate with, helpful and nice proprietors. We will definitely be back and I'm trying to plot a time on the calendar for a lovely summer getaway to simply sit on the porch and watch the kids play in the creek.

We will be back

About 20 family members were in the area for my uncle’s 90th birthday. The minute we walked into this home, we knew we hit the jackpot! It is quaint, beautiful, spacious & spotless! Our family members who stayed elsewhere were jealous!The property is beautiful & the creek running beside it is an enjoyable accompaniment. The kitchen was perfectly stocked (the double refrigerator - chef’s kiss). The bar in the kitchen provides plenty of prep room for multiple chefs. There is an ample dining room table - room for everyone. The five bedrooms are spacious. We were lucky enough to get the master suite which was so comfortable. I am always excited when I find soft sheets & these were so comfortable. I’m also a sucker for a claw foot tub so I soaked in that for awhile. The stone shower was not only gorgeous but it had multiple shower heads for a luxurious shower. The owners were quick to respond through this whole process & were quite generous. We will definitely book this place when we return. (& believe me, we will have to get the jump because the rest of the family will try to grab it up. )
