A full kitchen and great floor plan make this newer built carriage house clean, bright and comfortable. You will love the coziness of this charming two story carriage apt over the garage. Lots of windows and proximity to Rosemary Beach cafes and the beach itself make this a very popular property!

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

This was our second stay at Madison Carriage. It’s perfectly situated between the beach and all the restaurants and shopping in Barrett Square with each being no more than a 5 minute walk.

The perfect beach stay

The Maddison Carriage was amazing. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to make the most out of our beach vacation. Everything was a short walk from the property and we were pleased to find the garage had everything you need for a day at the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

We absolutely loved the Madison Cottage! It was perfect for our family of 3! If I had any complaint, it would have been nice to have an additional toilet upstairs, but other than that we loved everything! The managers were very accommodating, they had a beach cruiser waiting at the house for me upon request and replaced a burned out porch light promptly when notified! Location was perfect (we loved having the Barbados pool right across the street) and communication with the property manager was very easy! Thanks again for an awesome week in Rosemary!!

Quaint and Comfy!

My husband and I stayed at this rental for a week. It was clean and well organized. It’s location in Rosemary Beach is fantastic—right near a beautiful community pool and steps from the beach with the town only a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
