SeaPines, Beautifully updated, Walk to the Beach Club, Pet friendly

Freshly renovated, this Premier Lighthouse Road three bedroom villa is just a short walk to the SeaPines Beach Club and white sandy beaches. It features a fantastic open floorplan for families or entertaining as well as a great view of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. 16 Lighthouse is a great choice for multi-generational visits, featuring a large dining table, a first floor primary bedroom and bathroom, and a BBQ grill. You and your family will enjoy the well stocked game cabinet and central location.

On the main level, guests will enjoy a large king primary bedroom on the main level which connects with an en suite bathroom that has a separate water closet and entrances from both the bedroom and kitchen. The living room is vaulted and looks out onto the golf course. There is a large 65 inch television in the living area and new furniture in 2025. The dining table seats 6 and has an additional leaf that is stored under the king bed. Upstairs, there is a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is ample closet space in all bedrooms as well as a television. There is also a full bath upstairs with a tub/shower combination.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy the many extras that we offer: a free membership to Breakthrough Fitnes for all guests, two free bikes for exploring the beauty of SeaPines, free WIFI and tennis. Just ask for details about these great amenities. The villa is pet friendly, but you'd never know it. The owners have even invested in a large dog crate to create room in your vehicle when packing. It is stored under the king bed. Please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Clean, fresh and inviting. Enjoy the ease of check in as we mail your arrival package prior to your stay eliminating the need for stops or waiting in line when you get here. Just park in front and head to the beach!

Amazing location and so well equipped ♥️

Amazing property so close to the beach club and love that they include beach chairs and towels for guests to use. We had such a lovely trip and the hosts did a great job making sure we had our sea pines pass before we arrived so it was the smoothest and easiest check in process.

This was our annual trip to Hilton Head Island. The property is spacious and comfortable, and parking is easy. If you select this property, I recommend that you enter the Plantation Clubhouse into your GPS. Typing in "Lighthouse" will generate incorrect answers.

This villa was perfect for our family! It was very clean and we loved the floor plan. Very peaceful! There was 5 of us but had room for a few more if needed! Kitchen was well stocked! We highly recommend staying here and the owners were very nice and helpful.

Great location to Bike anywhere

Great property, private backyard feel with view of the golf course. We could ride bikes everywhere. Beach club was 5 min ride and beautiful area. Fav restaurant was Chow Daddy, was great.

Fantastic

My wife and I have been visiting Hilton Head every year for the past several years and this place was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend. The place was clean, in an amazing location, and had an amazing layout (pictures do not do it justice). Would be lucky to get this place again next year!

Property is very clean, well-stocked, and located within a 5-min bike ride to the Beach Club. The kids had space to spread out and the common area had plenty of room to hang together. I could not have been happier with this place! I highly recommend it and will hopefully be able to return soon.

Great stay!

Very, very nice and well appointed villa on Ocean course in Sea Pines. Comfortable and spacious. Newly renovated and well kept. Can walk to beach, convenient to all Sea Pines venues. Quiet and private. Stayed for a month and have committed to stay for two months next year. I think that says it all.

VRBO stay and Hurricane Ian

We always love working with Scott and Jessica. When we plan our twice yearly visits to HHI, we always look for their properties. During our recent visit, we had to work around the potential threat of Hurricane Ian. Jessica was awesome in helping us get there safely, and making the whole trip awesome. In our opinion, they are the best hosts for our trips to HHI!

Quick walk or drive to the beach!

Condo is located .4 miles from the Sea Pines beach club and beach access. Easy walk or bike ride, plus parking at the Club if you need to drive. Online pictures accurately show condo, very open downstairs area with view of golf course. Only downside was there is no (free) pool access with this condo, if you want a pool you have to go 2+ miles to the pool by Salty Dog Cafe. Overall, great condo and location, easy check in and out process and timely communication with the owner.

Overall the house was great! Very pretty, super location! It would have been nice if there had been just a few things there that I usually find in VRBO's, such as bag clips, zip lock bags, etc. My husband had to clean off the patio with a garden hose after the guys blew leaves off the roof and left a huge mess on the patio! My son unclogged the drain in the upstairs bathroom sink. But these are minor, otherwise, we loved it! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We would love to come back again!

Overall, I want to say the place was ok, just ok. I am writing the following not to complain, but to let the owners know there are a few things that need to be addressed. There were a lot of big, black ants. This is probably due to the fact the threshold seals on the doors were not present, damaged or not sealing at all. Having to pick up several per day was not fun. In the area by the shower there is a door to the storage area. This door has a small (12" x 12") window that should have some sort of curtain on it. Lastly, the electrical outlet to the right of the sink should be replaced. When you go to plug something in on the right side of the outlet, the receptacle is very loose, to the point the plug falls out. I would think this is a fire hazard.

The overall experience was great. Only one minor problem. Finding the house because there wasn't a sign at the road when we first arrived. Before the end of our trip there was a new one being put up. 🙂

Great experience!

Jessica’s place was great - nice house with ample room for our group of four with a dog. The location was excellent as the beach was easily accessible on foot or by bike. Also easy access by bike to various attractions in Sea Pines and beyond. Would recommend this rental.
