Not only is the location fabulous, but the property was very well kept, clean and like a hidden gem in the beautiful jungle, yet just a block off 5th Ave. Can’t say enough about the staff - Simona, Erendida and Ruben, you made us feel like family. We had a 2 bdrm top floor unit, and it was very spacious with a big deck for relaxing. You can even ask for a hammock which is such a peaceful way to spend time listening to all the birds. The kitchen was large and well equipped with everything we needed during our month stay. (no food included of course) Water is provided and new bottles are brought to the room as required. Because it is a condo hotel, there is also maid service as often as you choose - just remember to leave a nice tip. The pool area is nice but limited seating as it’s not that big - but definitely big enough to enjoy. However, the pool is cold , so not many chose to stay in for too long, but that was also due to unseasonably colder weather. You can also ask to use the pool facilities at their sister property next door - bigger pool with more chairs. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!
