ADULTS ONLY, 25 AND OVER, NO CHILDREN

Located in the heart of town, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and the best deck on Main Street in Pagosa.

Walk to river, hot springs, restaurants and shopping. Private, gated parking.

King size Sleep Number bed in the master, queen size in the guest room. New kitchen and bathroom this past summer!

Our rental is located above our store Antiques on Main. The building is over 100 years old, we ask that you please tread lightly as the floors are old and there are many items hanging from the ceiling below.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Antique Alley 2022

Cute and comfortable rental right in the middle of Pagosa Springs. Walking distance to the Riverwalk, bath houses, and restaurants. Owners are fantastic hosts and a delight to meet. Looking forward to returning someday.

What a wonderful property! I was close to everything and felt safe. The apartment is lovely and the tile work amazing! Brian was great and made sure I was able to watch hockey and the Nuggets. I will definitely stay again!

Great location, cozy accommodations, and fantastic hosts!

The title says it all. This cozy spot provides easy and immediate access to all things Pagosa. The hosts were gracious and communicative. Parking is behind the antique shop, but is a bit cramped for larger vehicles. No worries though. You can park right out front if you brought the family trickster!

Best Place in Town

We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties & this was by far the best ever. The owner is a trained chef, and tile layer in his spare time. The bathroom in this place is directly under the roof, and you should see the way he had to cut the tiles to make them fit-it is incredible to me to see the end result. Also, this is the 1st place ever that has had sharp knives. If you cook a lot, which we like to do, you have to have sharp knives. This year I had bought knives @ a garage sale & had them sharpened prior to our trip-didn’t need them! Shows the attention to detail Brian goes to, On top of that, the reason we travel every summer is to escape the Texas heat. Pagosa Sorings is the perfect town to do this-reasonable prices, good restaurants, and good weather. P.S. 2 large flat screen televisions to address all you viewing needs. And finally, most importantly, owners are immediately available to address any issues you may have.

Retirement celebration!

We had a great stay and Sara and Brian were excellent hosts. They checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfect, within walking distance of several restaurants and points of interest, and the patio deck was awesome. We will be back!!

Very pleased

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a beautiful place and fun to be downtown close to everything. The hosts Brian and Sara were wonderful. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back.
