The large patio features an outdoor bar, grill and private pool overlooking Coral Bay and British Virgin Islands and is waiting for you! Fully refreshed with modern decor and upgrades throughout. All the amenities of home but with a view you can only find on St. John. Island Power loss? No worries! This house has a 20 KW Perkins whole house generator.

Ten minutes away from famous North Shore beaches like Francis, Maho, Trunk, Cinnamon and Hawksnest.
Nightly rate is based on a 1-2 occupancy. Each additional guest above 2 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct total number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. This villa is outstanding it is exactly as advertised. The oven however was not working, Beth was able to get a toaster oven since the oven wasn’t fixed during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was comfortable and the property manager was very helpful, responsive, and respectful. The view was even more spectacular than the pictures. We loved staying in the quieter Coral Bay Area. We’d definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay on St. John! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and the host was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. And you cannot beat the view of coral bay!
If there was ever a VRBO property with a million dollar view it’s Sol La Vie! Everything thing about this property was perfect! If you’ve been to the USVI previously you know the drive to your rental can sometimes be challenging! Sol La Vie has paved access road all the up mountain! Property is about 1000 ft about sea level providing refreshing breeze!

The pool was out of service for entire stay. We were told that the property manager was told just prior to our arrival? The property manager was quick to offer 1000 refund for not having a pool. Basically we would not return. There’s numerous issues that interfere with having a care free vacation. This was our 7th visit to St John and the only disappointing one.
Great place to stay! The villa had everything we needed to relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property manager met us in Cruz Bay and check in/out was easy.

We loved the outdoor space of this property - the grill and the seating area were great for meals. The pool was very nice in the hot afternoons, and the top deck was perfect for stargazing at night. Overall this was a nice property and a great location.
Absolutely fantastic location. Amazing views that will stun. Property was incredible and wonderful amenities including pool, plenty of seating and outdoor grill. Home was very comfortable and check in with staff was great. Owners were very kind and the treats were much appreciated. Fell in love with the island.
House was perfect, and view from the breakfast area and front bedroom is spectacular. What turned out to be important was easy to use driveway and parking. Also very easy access ro beaches, market, and cafes. Miller Realty very easy to work with.
Great place with an amazing view! St. John was a blast, and this was a great place to stay while enjoying the island. Having beach chairs and beach towels provided was a huge plus. Be sure to have a Jeep or similar vehicle to get to the house and around the island.
Would definitely stay here again!

The rental was clean and the view is better than advertised! This is a great location near Coral Bay but still only a short drive to the beaches. I would absolutely recommend renting a four wheel drive vehicle, as the road up to the property is very steep. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in process and great communication! Very clean and comfortable place to relax. On the quieter side of the island takes about 20-25
Mins to drive from Cruz Bay. Short 10-15 mins drive to Maho Bay. Great property would stay again!
Amazing property in an amazing location! We loved the beautiful views from the pool and deck. We grilled out plenty of nights with the wonderful grill and patio area! Every day we picked a different beach to visit. Pure paradise!! It was great working with James Miller Properties as well!

I rarely take the time to do a review on VRBO but this property deserves the love. The views and the whole experience were awesome. They even provided really great snacks, some reef safe sunscreen and bug spray, which I thought was a very nice touch. There are definitely some bugs, but that's the whole island. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We love the quiet and gorgeous view.
We are very used to the curvy steep roads as we have been to Coral Bay a week or two for past 10 years. Try local Coral Bay eateries and markets. See you next year God willing.
