Sea Gull Condominiums Unit 804 on Mustang Island is an 8th floor beach front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental featuring a Gulf of Mexico view from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The totally remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and full sized pantry for storage of all groceries. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and adjacent bathroom has newly renovated tub/ shower and granite top sink. Condo has all new tile, carpet in bedrooms and bedding. 3 flat screen TVs - 50" smart, 47" and 24" all with cable and DVD's. Free high speed wireless throughout condo. Desk in living room for laptop. Blue cabinet in living room has games. Condo has 3 ceiling fans, plantation shutters, and sunshades. 2 tall and 2 regular pipe chairs and tables on private patio for relaxing and overlooking the beach. Condo sleeps 6.

Good location/beach

Port Aransas is great. Clean beaches and family friendly. Laundry location wasn't accurate, its in basement. Research local restaurants had average experience in Corpus. HEB is close. Beaches are great. Would stay here again, maybe slightly over-priced for an older unit.

This was a very nice experience! Our family enjoyed the condo and appreciated the beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. Nice amenities and very clean and comfy!

Best PA family reunion ever!

My daughter & grandson from CO joined me for a too short beach getaway. With covid bans/issues we had not seen each other for 17 months. They loved the beach, pool & hot tub. We did not do much cooking, except breakfast/lunch but this beautiful condo had all the supplies (kitchen) you could ever need for full fledge meal prep. Condo beautifully decorated, stylish but comfy!! Easy check in & check out. We did have to ask for wifi connection but was handled quickly by front desk. We tried to leave it as nice as when we arrived. We were concerned condo was too far out of town. Not true! Easy access to restaurants & stores! Would love to visit here again!!!
