This condo and it's hosts were excellent. The communication leading up to and during our trip was great. The condo was well furnished with a great location. We really enjoyed hanging out one afternoon on the patio in the shade, listening to the birds and watching the sun go down. We would 100% rent again.

The condo is perfect. The kitchen has top-notch appliances, and all appear new. The pool was steps away. The patio provided a nice quiet area to sit outside. Ellen was an outstanding host and checked in with us often.

Stop Looking - This is the Place!

We loved our stay here! It’s a beautiful, perfect location, the bonus being so close to the pool. Communication with the host was stellar. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The condo was clean, welcoming and exceeded our expectations. Ellen was very good at comunicating and she was readily available if needed. The "guest information" binder at the condo was comprehensive to help us enjoy the condo amenities and surrounding area.

Clean bright updated and well equipped.

Very quiet & relaxing; the pool is footsteps away and we had it to ourselves. Beautiful views of the course throughout the development and felt very safe at all times.

Enjoyable

Very Nice Condo

I have stayed at over the years at least 8 condos in Desert Princess. This one is by far the nicest and updated. Bed is very comfortable and place is nice and clean. New furnishings and updated master bath too. You can't go wrong renting this condo.

Spring break, Cathedral City

Amazing views, weather, facilities... Ellen & her husband were helpful when I had questions. We did buy coffee for the unit, toilet paper, paper towels. Filled propane tank, which was empty. Not big deals, just future reference... Would definitely stay again. Longer next time.

Very clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool and the hot tub was a definite plus with the cool temperatures.

Great location, clean home

This well equipped, 1 bedroom 2 bath Is quaint and conveniently located by pool. Owner is great and very responsive! I’ll be staying here again in future.

Lovely resort!

The property was as advertised. It is located in a very nice quiet resort. Please note that there is additional costs to use the fitness center, the tennis courts and the golf.
