Balloon Party Retreat

Large house on over 1/2 an acre lot. Plenty of indoor space with two living areas and large kitchen. Two master sweets with bathrooms and separate entrances on opposite wings of home. Great for several families to have privacy. Large yard has pond and many sitting areas to enjoy the cool mornings or outdoor evening meals. Within walking distance to the Rio Grande River and trails. 4 miles from Balloon Fiesta park. Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful weather and outdoor landscape of Albuquerque.
