About this property

2Bd/2Ba Townhouse with full kitchen steps away from ocean

End unit townhouse with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms located in the gated community of Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet club. Downstairs you will find full size kitchen with granite countertops, living room with large 55 inch Samsung TV with 200 MBPS internet and a full bathroom with a large walk in tile shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom features double twin beds and a second full bathroom with tub/shower. Townhouse has air conditioners located both upstairs and downstairs to keep you cool and comfortable. We are in a great location next to the swimming pool, barbecue area & tennis courts and a short walk to the sandy beach. Our assigned parking stall is located directly outside the front door with visitor parking located next to the assigned parking or across the parking lot.

Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet club is located on Ali'i Drive near the Keauhou Boat Harbor where you can take snorkeling or kayaking tours, near golf courses and the Keauhou Shopping Center. We are a short drive to Kahalu'u Beach Park (popular for snorkeling), Magic Sands Beach Park (popular for swimming and surfing), Pahoehoe Beach Park (oceanside oasis for picnics or sunsets) and several shopping centers and restaurants in Kona. We are approximately 20 minutes from Honokohau Small Boat Harbor for diving, fishing or whale watching experiences and 30 minutes from the Kona International Airport.

Beautiful spacious townhouse in a fantastic location. Very near to one of our favorite beaches due to the typically great snorkeling & presence of sea turtles (Kahalu’u Beach Park). Centrally located to most things on the island. The host is great with communication, and the townhouse was fully stocked and very well kept and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is fantastic. Both the pool and the ocean are only steps away. I couldn’t believe how many extras were included: paper towel, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, a ton of dish towels, bath towels and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The location is wonderful, close to a grocery store, drug store, many lovely restaurants, coffee shop, shave ice, movie theatre. This place is such a gem for the price. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Keauhou Surf and Raquet Club Unit

This is the second time we have stayed at this unit. The owner takes very good care of this property. They have a lot of amenities with the unit for your stay. Easy walking to the pool and tennis courts. Items available for the beach.

A clean comfortable place to stay, convenient to town and the ocean. The home had many items, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, hair dryer, laundry products, most anything you need. Enjoyed the welcome candy, water and juice in the fridge. Great time.

This unit was in a great location, kids loved the Christmas lights and table tennis. Great central location quiet end unit with all the extras to enjoy our stay. Boogie boards , cooler bags, lawn chairs , condiments. No complaints at all

Wonderful condo for our Hawai’i vacation

We absolutely enjoyed our almost 3 week stay. This is a beautifully updated condo with a well appointed kitchen, everything we needed to cook meals at home. The beds were very comfortable with very nice linens. Everything was so clean and comfortable we felt right at home. James was so pleasant and responsive to our requests. The complex is beautiful and quiet. The pool is so nice, we enjoyed swimming under the stars after viewing the sunsets from just a very short walk to the beach. We would recommend this place to anyone and would love to return for our future vacations.

Hawaii Ironman Stay

The townhouse was awesome. It was very well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, laundry detergent as well as dishes and some spices. We really only needed to by groceries. The location to the pier was perfect for us. Only a 5 mile drive away. The entire townhouse complex was pretty quiet and we had access to the pool and beach. I can’t say enough about how great the location was and how great the townhouse was. Was super clean and well kept

Great Unit, Thoughtfully stocked

This rental was perfect for our family of four. The owner has so thoughtfully stocked this unit that we had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and boogie board. The fridge had a "welcome" package of two Hawaiian canned drinks, a box of macadamia chocolates, and three water bottles. It was just a nice little touch. All the extra towel racks were so convenient for drying gear. The only thing I would add is a couple more chairs for the outdoor table. The location was great for beginner surfing and snorkeling just down the road. The decor was nice and we would stay here again!

Well maintained and well appointed with beach chairs and an umbrella. Close to shopping and multiple beaches (snorkeling, boogie boarding). Check in was a breeze, property manager James was responsive. Comfortable beds. A wonderful experience. Son enjoyed playing pickleball and ping pong in the evenings in the lighted courts. Mahalo

Great place to experience paradise!!

This was a wonderful property to stay at for my family. It is in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It is also in walking distance to a great snorkeling and surfing beach. The community is quiet and has a pool, tennis courts, and a ping-pong table. The unit is well stocked. I would highly recommend this property!

All the comforts of home

The host was amazing and provided all the comforts of home for us. We didnt have to go to the condo and then make an extra trip to the store for necessities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even feminine products were provided. This is hudge for a family of 4 girls. They even left treats (Hawaiian sun, chocolate covered macadamia nuts and water) to start our trip off right!

Awesome place to stay!

We had a great time at this condo. Great location, nice little private beach, perfect to watch the sunset or go tide pooling at. The condo was very well appointed, had absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed. Close to the shopping center. Short drive into Kona. The only problem we had was some ants in the shower, but it is Hawaii after all and the owner was very quick to respond and take care of the problem. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely condo.
