'Wow!' is the first word to describe this beautiful Victorian oceanfront home at family-friendly Kure Beach. This modern construction was designed by the architect to take maximum advantage of the spectacular ocean views from virtually every room! This is a distinctive home with crown molding throughout, oak hardwood floors and Berber carpet, breezy ceiling fans, an incredible two-story great room with foyer and staircase, and patio doors leading from the dining/great room as well as three oceanfront bedrooms to the breathtaking views from the seaside deck and balcony above. Nicely furnished and decorated, this is a wonderful vacation home for a family looking for a special place to make memories together.

As you enter the main floor, you are greeted by a majestic foyer and magnificent ocean views everywhere you turn. The main floor has an open floor plan with a two story great room, dining area and full kitchen. The great room has a 60 inch flat panel television with DVD, island themed furnishings, and two stories of gorgeous windows gazing out to sea. The modern granite kitchen is stocked with a set of cookware, bakeware, appliances, dishes and utensils. The adjoining dining area accommodates 8-12 and captures amazing ocean views. There is also a separate oceanfront bedroom with queen size bed, 37' flat screen TV and walk-in closet, plus a full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

On the top floor, there are three additional bedrooms. The oceanfront master suite has a king size bed and flat screen TV/DVD and patio doors to the top balcony facing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. It also has a large private master bath with double sinks, garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and water closet, and an enormous walk-in closet. On the other side of the top floor, there is a spacious queen size oceanfront bedroom with TV and patio doors opening onto the top balcony, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Also on the top floor is a second living area overlooking the main floor's great room with amazing two-story ocean views. The oceanfront deck below and the top floor balcony both feature fun and bright resin Adirondack style chairs and side tables for you to relax and take in the breathtaking oceanside experience. Our home also features a private walkway to the beach with a separate deck seating area even closer to the surf, plus an outside shower to clean off sand and get dressed, as well as an outdoor grilling and dining area. A large driveway in front of the home allows parking for 3-4 standard size vehicles.

Small family groups are encouraged. Our house is strictly a non-smoking and pet-free, animal-free home, due to serious medical allergies. We are not able to make any exceptions.

High-speed wireless internet access is included so you can stay connected to your life away from home. Routine departure cleaning service is included. We also provide resin chairs you can take on the beach and starter paper supplies and cleaning products, for your convenience. Finally, we try to keep rates down by allowing you to bring your own linens to our home, but if you prefer, linen rental is available at very affordable rates.

Kure Beach is a wonderful beach to spend your family vacation. The beach is clean and noncommercial. Located in an all-residential section of the island, our home is in a family-friendly community, and it's within close walking distance to the famous Kure Beach fishing pier. There are terrific restaurants at the pier to choose from and many other nice restaurants and attractions to see at nearby Fort Fisher (including the NC Aquarium and Fort Fisher Civil War sites) and Carolina Beach, each just a couple of miles away on the island.
