The house was beautiful so close to the beach,you couldn't ask for a better spot. This was the first time our family has ever been to carolina beach.And I really hope to return again.It was beautiful. We had eight people in the house. And was very comfortable, no one was on top of each other. The only downfall of the house is the stairs we were aware of the stairs. But at the age of 67 I certainly got my exercise in. But because the place was so beautiful, it really didn't matter, but people do need to be aware if you're older and have any health problems you should know about the stairs.

Everything was great! It was the perfect location, the pool was great and clean. The kids loved having that option other than the beach. Very clean and spacious for a giant family. Will definitely be back.

Quick Trip

Nice area to stay for a quick trip. First and only time we were able to get away this summer. Only had a few days but enjoyed it. Right across from the ocean in a great location.

We loved the house. it worked out great because our cousins were in the house next door so we were able to share the pool with them. Great location for our first visit to Carolina Beach .

Perfect family house for our beach vacation

Beautiful house with beautiful views from every room of either the beach or the canal. The beach access is right across the road! House is very clean and the pool was wonderful after a day on the hot beach. We would definitely come again

Wonderful Trip

We really enjoyed our time at Carolina Beach. This place was perfect for my family. Each family had their own level and did not feel we were invading each other’s space. The house is beautiful and the host was so helpful. The beach access was perfect. And the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Great family home

Ok his home felt like home, great home for vacation. The best part was the heated pool, if you have small children or if it’s cold… this is a plus and worth the extra fee. Everything was clean and management replies quick, I would recommend this home to friends and family. Will stay here again!!

Gorgeous home

We had an amazing time at this rental, it was very relaxing. We had a total of 9 people, 4 generations of my family, me, my daughter, my grandchildren and my great-grandchildren. Plenty of space and enough bathrooms, nice neighborhood, just across the street from the beach, which was very convenient location. The whole family enjoyed our stay, we loved it, and highly recommend.

Great stay, great location

Kelly was prompt in responding to all our communications. Having the ocean across the street and a pool in the back yard was just perfect. The elevator didn't work but wasn't a deal breaker. Our family had a great vacation and would stay here again!

Amazing Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect, especially with having 7 small children. Just right across the street from beach access. The pool is great too. Very clean. It's a great space for family get togethers. Kelly is a fantastic communicator. We're already looking forward to our stay next year!

The house was perfect for our family. The pics on line were exact to the house. Having linens and towels provided were a great plus along with many other extras. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, even a crock pot that we used! A true home, away from home! The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was cleaned twice during our stay. Kelly was a super lady and a joy to work with. Great vacation house!

The property was very clean and well kept. Great location to beach access. The owner, Kelly, was great to work with. She checked on us and made sure everything in the property was in working order and if we needed anything to call or text her. Great location, right across from beach and good size duplex. You share the pool with other duplex renters but good for us we all got along. Appliances could use an upgrade, especially slide in stove which we were unable to understand temperatures. There is also some mildew/water damage on main floor bedroom next to the kitchen. Again good value for money and big space.

Thank you Winn. We are planning to replace the stove this winter. And we had a leak from the AC that we got cleaned up but there is always some residual that we have to clean between rentals. All these repairs have to take place in the off season. Hope you will come back again!!

Very nice condo with pool and close access to ocean.

If you love Carolina Beach, great views of the ocean and the sound, and very close access to the beach this home is for you. It also has a great pool, showers and bathroom by the pool. You can see the sun rise and set from almost every deck at the condo. Kelly was very quick to respond to my questions. We loved the location and our stay. We will return!

Great Getaway

Kelly and Ari...what a restful and peaceful time we had at your fabulous home. Great getaway for large families and for those who simply want to enjoy the beach. Everything in your home was so very well appointed. We dined out, watched the sunrise and sunsets from the great decks..We even took the ferry to Southport which was just delightful. Beautiful home in a fabulous neighborhood!

Wonderful location and so many little things that make the stay so stress free! The house has all the light switches labeled to make it quick and easy! Great beach gear is available but you may not want to leave the sparkling pool! Very responsive owner who's quick to answer any questions. The views are spectacular and the beach is right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful family gathering place!

Must Stay Here in Carolina Beach

This property is in a great location. It is directly across from the beach access which helps when having to carry all of the beach equipment to the beach. I went with my brother and sister and our families. The kids loved playing at the pool and sitting out on the balconies and watching the sunset. The foosball table was a big hit with the kids. I personally loved the built in grill by the pool. We grilled out by the pool several nights. The layout of the bedrooms is perfect if you have multiple families for privacy. Kelly was great to deal with and we had such a great vacation, we just booked this house for next year. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to go on vacation with their friends or family.
