Great Christmas

Great size for our group. We cooked, played pool and cornhole. We sat by the outdoor fireplace and played games. We would come stay again!

Wonderful vacation rental!

This home was very spacious for eight adults. The two living rooms, large kitchen, nice dining space, and outdoor seating areas provided more than enough room for us to visit, relax, cook, and play pool! The owner was very helpful and responsive when we had questions and also when there was an issue with the HVAC. The bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (3 1/2) were spacious and clean. We had all of the supplies and appliances we needed. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again and will recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Phoenix area.

Canadians review of listed VRBO home.

Our family enjoyed this wonderful home, located in a quiet neighborhood, for a few weeks. It had everything listed and many extras available - games, shampoo, pool towels, etc. Very clean and owner was great to work with.

Everything was just amazing but what stands out more is the Communication you have with the owner but over all the house was Beautiful clean and had a lot of activities to do definitely rebooking soon

We’ll equipped and clean

This property exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and how well stocked it was with pillows, blankets, outside toys, kitchen utensils and even some food products. There was even a panini press. We didn’t find a toaster but the broiler worked just fine. We would come again.

Close but not quite

Let’s start with what we like first. Great lay out and good beds! Pool table and comfy couches are great. Here are the Concerns that all future renters need to be aware of: Dangerous sunken bedroom and living room, multiple stubbed toes and a strained ankle before the weekend even started. This is easily fixed with lighting and slip rugs. Hot water is backwards we had to call to figure it out by calling since there was no greeting booklet with instructions to help with this. Poor wifi connection,couldn’t work remotely here and definitely not outside. It looks clean at first review but don’t look too close. Pool was filthy. Thick dust everywhere. Toilet bases, let’s just say it was disgusting. Sour smell in the refrigerator and dishwasher. When we mentioned it to the home owner it became a “miss”because we wanted to drop off some groceries early thereby rushing the cleaners??? This house has potential but needs a deep clean inside and out.

Christmas in Arizona

We arrived on Christmas day and had a wonderful stay. The home is super spacious with a beautiful backyard. We live in the Northeast so it was great to sit in the backyard by the pool and enjoy warm sunshine in December. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and yet still very close to stores and shops. Tonto National Forest is about a 20 minute ride and we highly recommend visiting it. Vitaly the owner was very pleasant and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and our trip.

Great place to stay for a wedding weekend

The house was in a good location and The property was as described. It worked out great for my family to stay for our daughter’s wedding. It accommodated 9 adults and 2 children easily. The spacious living room and family room had ample space for everyone to hang out. On the wedding day it was perfect for the bridesmaids to prepare for the wedding. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. This house is a great place to stay with a large group of people.

We had a nice time in AZ the house in the location we needed . We stayed three weeks and it all went well. We had one weekend that ten of slept there and all had beds. The owner was very generous with towels, paper products, soaps, etc. The only suggestion would be put some marking tape on the floor in the sunken living room and master bedroom step as several people did fall on those. (Easy fix)

Excellent stay

House is big which accommodated 14 of my family visiting (and 2dogs) over Thanksgiving holidays. Clean and nice layout. Owner is very responsive of any questions and some issues we had like the heater not turning on. Owner resolved quickly. Pool table was a great hit for the fam. Backyard was nice with some tables and chairs where you can enjoy when the weather is nice. Swimming pool is not heated so we never got to use it but we knew that at the time of booking. Overall a great stay!!! Thank you for having us!
