The 2 bedrooms (with double bed and 2 single beds) + the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate from 4 to 6 people (4 adults max). The bathroom has a shower. The functional American kitchen, with counter, is fully equipped and overlooks the dining area. Elements of maritime inspiration, discreet but chosen with care, affirm the personality of the hiring. The windows open onto a pretty fenced garden with terrace and outdoor furniture.

Between Saint-Hilaire de Riez and Saint-Jean de Monts, a small privatized road leads to the holiday home. By a small road and a path through woods and dunes, it takes a few steps to reach the sandy beach 500 m.
