The location is perfect fairly close to everything, you can uber or drive both are great options. The resort complex is amazing all amenities listed are there and within the complex. The pool in house and on the property is amazing with many activities at the clubhouse. The home itself was everything as the pictures my family had an amazing time and we will book with this host again.

This house is gorgeous! We loved it only thing we wish we were able to use was the game room, the TVs did not work & did not get a response from the owner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds could have been a little more comfortable. Overall we enjoyed every bit of our stay!

A quaint and cozy stay

My group enjoyed our retreat stay at this property. There are plenty of bedrooms, so everyone enjoyed their own space, and the back patio was great. One note, though: If you book this property (or any within the Watersong community) coordinate the transportation for all of your guests ahead of time to only have two to four drivers for your stay. This particular property can only hold 2 vehicles, so plan that accordingly. I'm grateful to our host Tom for his graciousness and patience as we navigated that part. I appreciate Tom's responsiveness through the app. He answered all my questions and contacted me when any time-sensitive adjustments were necessary.

Awful experience-cancelled same day 2 hours before check in

The host canceled last minute, check in was at 5pm and i received an email at 2:22 pm advising cancelation with a generic reason stating there was property damage or a natural disaster. We had the worse time rebooking with Vrbo. The only option was to pay for new booking while the refund from the host was pending. The house was booked well in advance probaly 3 months.. I had 16 ppl in my party that came in from philadelphia. I was compelled to pay for a hotel room for the first 2 nights. Until we found a other house w another platform

Property in poor condition and far from "luxury."

This villa was advertised as a luxury property. I took my family of 16 for a Christmas celebration to Florida.The communication prior to the holiday was awful and it took several calls to Vrbo 48 hours before we were due to fly (when the host eventually gave us access codes to the property). When we arrived, the villa was tired and grubby. The whole property was poorly equipped for 16 people. The toilets were disgusting and we couldn't use the outdoor furniture (as it was so dirty and worn). Vrbo should remove it from their listings immediately to prevent other families from being disappointed and wasting a substantial amount of money .

Love the space, 2 family fit comfortably. Good communication between host & property manager. I was worried at first as I messaged weeks before the stay but did not get response. However, they were easy to contact the day before and throughout the stay. We love cooking, so we always bring our own kitchen essentials. Although we were able to use the pots and pans they have, they could really use some upgrading. The game room was the number 1 thing we were excited about, but we weren’t able to use it. the TVs were working but not enough ports or outlet to connect other game consoles the kids brought. I guess we could have asked the property manager but we settled to using other TVs in the house. Wish they had pool table though, aside from small foosball there was not much to do for the kids. It would have been a nice area to hang out for them as we had kids from toddlers to teens. The AC in there was a treat which helped with the Florida heat. The pool was the highlight for the kids as they spent most of their day in there when we’re not outdoors. It was warm enough so we did not need the pool heat. We even saw a peacock family passing in the backyard. The pool furniture could also use upgrades though. The kids were also able to enjoy the clubhouse pool and play ground which was just across the house. Overall the stay was great! I’m giving this 4-5 star, will book again especially if they fix the game room connection, aside from that, everyone had a great time! Thank you!

Shady

We booked this property well in advance of our travel date. As the trip approached, the owners became less and less responsive to questions. They cancelled our reservation 2 hours prior to check in while we were flying to Orlando. They claimed COVID related problems with the management company. We did stop by the property and the security guard told us there were no issues with COVID and there were other renters in the property. Would not recommend dealing with this property.
