Pineapple Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home which sleeps 6 in a quaint Jensen Beach, FL neighborhood located in one of the only areas of South Florida will actual hills, near the famous Skyline Drive. This house is situated just minutes from the beach, downtown Jensen Beach, and the Intercoastal Waterway. The home features an updated kitchen with all of the amenities, a large great room with dining table and pull out sofa sleeper, sitting/reading room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large screen room, laundry room with washer and dryer, large fenced yard, on-demand water heater, A/C, Nest thermostat, high speed Wifi, and cable television. For your enjoyment, we have provided 2 bicycles, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella.

Property features 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, Twin day bed which becomes two twin beds or 1 full bed, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the great room, sleeping up to 6 people.

A video surveillance camera is located on the exterior of the home covering the driveway and entrance to the screen room to ensure security in the property when vacant.

everything was fine. clean, all applliances worked well. Bath in nice shape. washer and dryer were a blessing. note; no dishwasher. but so many and varied restaurants in the area that the only time you'll eat at "home" is for take out!

Most of the house was clean. I would recommend a good cleaning of the floors prior to guests arrival. I had to clean the floors upon check in. The house is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to the beach and downtown Jensen Beach with great restaurants.

Good location house challenges

Strong mildew smell, mold stains on ceiling. Main Bed too high, too hard. Only sleeps six if two in a bed and one on floor. Retro bathroom, no grab bars, flush slow for even only two people. Cuboards under sink not clean and messy. Surfaces not level dusty. Price is fair, but a compare shows can be lower. Nice fenced yard for a dog. Floors seemed clean on entering.Close to beaches.

Very safe area

We found the neighborhood to be very charming. The grill or lack thereof was a big disappointment. The 2nd bedroom trundle bed was not comfortable at all so one slept on the top bed and one on the couch. House was musty. We bought necessary bakeware since the grill was really not useable. Was fine for us because we were active and not reliant on it. Screen room was were we spent most of our time.

2024 Thanksgiving Gettaway Weekend

Residents of Central Florida. So excited that we found this adorable cottage to rent just a few minutes to Walton Rocks Beach where we take our dogs to frolic in the water and on the beach off-leash. Immaculately clean, easy check-in, great location, screened porch so the pups could get dried off, AC worked great. Very relaxing. Keurig and pods made available by the host. Excellent WiFi. Delicious local restaurant choices nearby. Would absolutely love to return!

Cozy beach house

This was our second time staying here. I wish I lived here! The location is perfect and close to everything especially the beach! The home was very clean and it had a very nice yard for our dog.

Great little house in a perfect location!

This house was great for our small family. Second bedroom was perfect for two little kids. It was small and comfortable. The house is a very short drive into town and close to amazing beaches. It was missing a couple of necessary amenities like paper towels and trash bags (or we couldn’t find them), but the stores were extremely close. I would definitely recommend this house for a lovely getaway.

Peaceful Paradise

Really enjoyed out stay. It’s an older home in a quiet and established neighborhood. Quiet. Dark skies. Peaceful. Residential area on the top of the hill. You could walk to the beach area quite easily. Quick trip to beaches. Make sure to stop by Jan’s for a great breakfast with GENEROUS sized mimosas. Make sure you aren’t driving! Everything worked as advertised. Little fenced yard in the back for your livestock. We spent a lot of time in the screen room. TV worked fine, WiFi, HVAC. All the utensils needed to cook. Spacious refrigerator.

Cute and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple Cottage. The location is great, nice backyard for pets, we enjoyed the screened in area for sitting outside without the bugs. All in all, a nice place to stay with a small family or a few friends.

Perfect Family Getaway

I rented this beautiful cottage for my son and his daughters. Accommodations were perfect. Close to charming downtown Jensen Beach, shopping and beaches. I have a lot of family out of state and will definitely rent here again. Highly recommended.
