I'm Still Sanding sleeps 4 with one King bed and custom-built bunk beds in the living room. Bright, clean, comfortable, and convenient!

Beachwood Villas is a popular condo complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all just a short stroll or bike ride away.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted.



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• No Pets

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Beachwood Villas 3G

This propert is well maintained. We have been coming to Beachwood Villas on and off since 1993. Nicely updated. The only issue we had was the sliding glass door lock was broken. Management did come in and place a dowel rod in the track. Bathroom sink drains very slowly…needs to be fixed. Other than that it was a wonderful week.

My husband and I recently rented this property for fall break. It was a great place! Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach access was very close by and the walk was not bad at all, only a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at Seagrove (first time). With two young kids, I really wished it had had a washer/dryer in the unit and an electric stick vacuum or something to get the sand up after a day at the beach. Storage was a little lacking and there were an over abundance of beach toys out in the porch so we never went out there due to clutter. We will probably be back but pick a time that is not quite so busy.

We loved our weeklong stay at "I'm Still Standing." It was very clean when we arrived and the perfect size for our family of four. The kids loved having their own area in the built-in bunkbeds, and we were pleasantly surprised by the short distance from the condo to the beach access across the street. The only downside to this property, which might prevent us from staying here again, is that there is no washer and dryer in the unit. However, we were aware of this before we arrived, and there is access to coin-operated washers and dryers on property. Overall, we LOVED our stay in this condo and had a great vacation in Seagrove!
