Located just across a gated subdivision street from the beach and beach access, going to and from the beach is easy, never a hassle.
Carrara marble counter tops and hard wood floors throughout, Quality furnishings and comfortable beds and linens make staying here a treat. Gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and a gas range for those times when you would rather stay in and prepare a home cooked meal.
The main entry for the house is from the second floor into the living room. On this level you have you living, dining, kitchen, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private balcony that overlooks the back yard and pool area, a wonderful and peaceful are for watching the sunset. On the third floor you have a beautiful sitting area surrounded by windows with views of the beach, bay and neighborhood. On the first floor you have a bedroom and access to your garage and the backyard and pool area. Enjoy lounging around the pool or prepare a meal on the outdoor grill and dine outside. This is a special house with all the comforts of home for your family get-away or vacation.
