About this property

Beachside Paradise Pool, Spa, Fire pit, Game room

Half a block from the beach, our home offers incredible amenities. Outdoors you will find a heated pool with a Dakota waterfall, a hot tub, bbq grill, fire pit, loungers, and outdoor shower. We have two balconies and a hammock. The fun doesn’t stop there. Inside the house is extremely spacious and includes a game room, living room with an oversized couch, huge dining table, several secluded hangout areas throughout the house and 3 big screen TVs. Made to enjoy in any weather.

Rules
- No smoking inside the house
- The guest will be responsible for any fines or citations due to violation of city rules
- Please close outdoor umbrellas when not using, so they are not blown away by the wind
- Neighborhood quiet hours are from 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday, midnight-7am Friday-Saturday
- Video surveillance outside of the house, there are no cameras inside
- Pets are welcome, but they must be potty trained and any accidents must be immediately cleaned as this could leave a permanent stain and/or smell in the house. Pets left alone in the house must be crated. A pet fee will also be charged (see below under "fees")
-Pool Cleaners come every Tuesday and Thursday
- Cleanup: guests are required to wash all the dishes, remove all the garbage from the house and place it into garbage cans in front of the house.

Fees:
- Cleaning fee is $495 for the entire stay. This is used to pay the cleaners a living wage and includes cleaning services such as vacuuming, change of linens and towels. Guests must wash their own dishes and dispose of all garbage into the cans in front of the house. Our cleaning staff charge an additional $20 for each bag of garbage as well as $100+ for a deep cleaning for particularly messy houses.
--Pet fee: $40/day for first pet and $20/day for each additional pet.
--Heating the pool has a fee of $85/day during summer months and $115/day from November through April (hot tub heating is free)
-- Listing price includes 10 guests, with additional guests over the included 10charged a $35/night fee. This is automatically included when the correct number of guests are entered up to 16 guests (if there are over 16 guests, please let us know and we will send a charge request for the additional guests separately).
--Unreported guests above the number allowed will be charged double the $35 extra guests fee or $70/guest/night.
--Please be honest regarding the number of guests and pets. If you need to make an unexpected change, please update the reservation and send us a message and we will try to accommodate!

This place is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. There’s lots of room very spacious and comfortable. The pool and the hot are amazing, and the location couldn’t be better. Location is in a perfect area close to restaurants, beach, turtle museum, and boutiques. Plus, it’s pet friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great set up! Highly recommend!

The house was in a great location to the beach. The pool was nice to relax in. The drains in the tub and downstairs shower were slow and the host was very quick to fix the smoke detectors that went off due to a low battery. The whole family enjoyed their stay

We had an extended family vacation. This house was gorgeous and had tons of room. We actually had an extra room that want used. The home was super close to the beach and to local restaurants and ice cream and souvenir shops. I really enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen. The family could be playing a board game at the dining table and I could still be interacting while I made dinner. Would recommend this home.

This was a great house. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We had a group of 16, there were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Even nice pot and pan sets! The layout was great and spacious. Host always responded to any questions I had. Beach was just down the road with beach access. We walked there easily. Outdoor shower to wash off from the beach was nice! Driveway fit 5 cars (we had bigger vehicles) I highly recommend!!!

Great property, perfect for big family gatherings, walking distance to the beach and awesome responsive host. If you have little children or elderly people staying, please be aware of the steps to the sunken living area. A few minor maintenance issues due to salinity in the air, but overall great stay. Would definitely book again!

Overall, it was great!

With a few minor exceptions, the house was well kept and well stocked. (In a short moment of panic, I went to pull a hot dish from the oven and discovered there were no hot pads! ) The dryer and dishwasher need to be fixed. neemaintenance.

Family Get a Way!

The house and our stay was great! We are family of 20 and we had plenty of room! The kids had plenty of room to roam around and spend time with each other before school starts. My only complaint was the air conditioning was not cooling and the handyman had to come the next morning and change the filters. It took a day for the bottom floor to cool down to 72 but the second floor never cooled below 75. We are a family that likes to sleep cool so that was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the house was worked perfect our large family!
