The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its ground floor proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and 3 internet enabled digital entertainment centers. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. I stayed here with my family for 6 days over the 4yh of July weekend. The property was amazing and my kids really enjoyed the pool, and how easy it was to get to the beach. The kitchen was the MOST well stocked kitchen I've ever had while travelling. It was a great little place

We loved this Sea Vista Condo. The location is ideal as it’s right by the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Our children had plenty of room as did we. Spring break was quiet in this location - it was great.

We've stayed in many properties throughout the years but Sea Vista is simply one of the finest properties on the island. Sea Vista is owned by private owners so your stay is usually quiet and free from the masses that do not crowd our private beach. Management is attentive to your every need and all you have to do is ask if you need something.

What makes this property unique

22 steps to the beach and directly on the ground floor. No elevators, corridors or lengthy walks will keep you from the beach. You will literally walk onto your lawn and patio directly from the beach. Gorgeously decorated and fully appointed with a full kitchen and bedding that ensure you will have a restful stay. Sea Vista is closest to the action, yet super-quiet without the crowds. Schlitterbaun water park is within walking distance as is two private tennis courts and pools. Maximum occupancy 8 persons, 2 automobiles.
