Great location! Marquette duplex

Ground level of a quant Marquette duplex, close to 3rd street and waking distance to all of the great downtown restaurants and breweries.
Street parking is available as well as driveway parking.
A private backyard, great for evening grilling and hanging out
Guest Access- the whole first level is to yourself, the upstairs is rented out to a long term tenant.
Downstairs access- being an old Marquette home and a duplex, some noise from upstairs is to be expected, however the tenant is quiet and respectful.
Anyone downstairs would be asked to be respecting of the upstairs tenant, as well(:
5-10 minute drive from hiking and biking trails
Walking distance to the lake
Close to the campus at NMU
