Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the location was awesome. We enjoyed having the sleds for our grandson. The hot tub was also appreciated. Jeff was responsive with any of our questions too. We would definitely stay here again.

Family winter ski trip

We all enjoyed staying in this house. The floor plan was perfect for our family and the location was great. The house was clean and well stocked. We definitely want to stay again next time we come back to Winter Park.

Perfect house for a ski vacation

Wonderful house with lots of space and fully stocked kitchen, convenient to everything. Really comfortable beds and a nice outside space as well. The host was incredibly accommodating and communication was excellent.

Perfect large group ski vacation!!!

The house was perfect on the inside, we slept 10 people easily! So clean, had everything we needed. Perfect location with the bus system to town or winter park resort. We were also able to get a ride 20 min north to Granby Ranch to ski a few days.

Great place near winter park!

Jeff's place was perfect for a long weekend skiing winter park with toddlers in tow. His home was incredibly well-stocked which was much appreciated. The layout, amenities, and condition of the property were all some of the best I've ever experienced on vrbo. Location is convenient to downtown Fraser and only a few minutes from winter park. Private hot tub is a nice bonus. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous spot!

Great place to stay! New home, super clean, nice location. We skied Winter Park. Restaurants and ski resort all within a 10 minute drive. The condo was perfect for our family of 6–all grown children. Also, can’t say enough about Jeff, the owner, and his willingness to be accessible and helpful for all needs. We will definitely be back to stay!

Fantastic Property

Our family's stay at this property was flawless. From booking to check out, the owners were accessible and extremely accommodating to our requests. The house was very clean and had everything you would need to cook your own meals. Even had to different types of coffee makers!! The beds were comfy and rooms had ceiling fans and humidifiers. Would definitely stay again!!!

Best place in Fraser

This is the best condo we’ve stayed in near winter park. Our party of 7 was very comfortable here! The hot tub at night was a welcome treat! Spacious kitchen, full size laundry, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, TV, cozy gas fireplace. 10 mins from the slopes. Bus stop just steps away, too! Communications with the owner were fantastic and prompt. Will definitely stay here again!

Cozy Condo

We had an amazing spring break trip. The condo is very conveniently located between Winter Park and Fraser. The local movie theater is within walking distance. The condo has a very well stocked kitchen. Jeff was very fast at responding to questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again.

It was like vacationing at home!

It was a pleasure to rent from Jeff. He was very kind and accommodating to my family and really made us feel welcome. If I ever had a question regarding the rental Jeff responded in a very timely matter. This home was very clean and had the most amazing views, and was very spacious. The home also provided everything we needed and more we had all the necessities we needed. We will definitely rent this home again!

Great place for ski trip

Had a great experience at Jeff’s place. 5 guys on a ski trip. Plenty of room to spread out and beds were comfortable. Place had great amenities and supplies, much higher quality than most rentals. Short drive to Winter Park, we parked at the free parking and took a short shuttle ride to the base. Hot tub was nice to have after a long day on the slopes. Close access to town and restaurants and bars. We were even able to get early access as there was no one there the day prior. Jeff answered any questions quickly and I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Amazing location!

This is a great property to rent. You can’t beat the value for the entire house ! The location is ideal for all activities in the area. Grand Park is super close to town. And amazing views of the mountains. Yet close to town for all the fun of Fraser. Close to the Foundry bowling alley. The ski shuttle for Winter Park stops is just outside the door 75’ to the right It was only one stop after we got picked up and then straight to the mountain! Way faster than I thought it would be! Easy to get anywhere in the area from here. Love the walking paths around the ponds and Grand Park. Cross country skiing trails also were groomed and really great we could just walk out the back door and take off. Property as described. We willl Be back !

Kids first ski trip

Great place with lots of room. Roomy garage to park in. Great entry to transition in from the garage. Lots of room to spread out and watch TV or read a book by the fire place. Big open kitchen and dining area with high quality appliances. Spacious rooms with plenty of beds, our family of six didn’t even use the room without windows. Just a short drive to everything. Loved the boot dryer and would have used the bus that goes right by the front door had we figured it out sooner. With the pending install of a hot tub as described by the property manager, this place has it all and will definitely be top of the list for the next trip! Steve B.

Perfect Ski Vacation Property

My husband and I stayed here with our three teenagers for a week over Christmas. It felt like home the moment we walked in. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautiful. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Great beds, an amazing kitchen to prepare and share meals, two cabinets full of games, a garage with a place to store your skis, and everyone's favorite...the boot warmer! An easy 15 minute drive to the resort. Owner was very responsive to a minor TV issue we had during our stay. We hope to stay here again.

So Incredibly Great!

So much better than we could have hoped for! Literally the single best stay we’ve booked on the owner based rental sites. Our host Jeff was so very helpful, understanding & accommodating to our family to the point of extended us an extra day when winter storm Xylia canceled our flights out. The townhome is more spacious and gorgeous than pictures can portray. Very well decorated, beds sleep incredibly well. Plenty of extras in every category from card games, linens to kitchen needs (even including an instant pot). Everything felt so new, fresh, warm and ready to receive us. Boot warmers???? Come on! Beautiful property- very comfortable for the 6 of us. Beautifully decorated and a comfortable space with ample seating both for lounging and eating. We would definitely come back here again!
