Please place trash bags in the bin located in the garage.
During summer season, please cover the outdoor furniture on the front deck before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outside quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Maximum of 4 cars allowed on property Absolutely no smoking of any kind on property

Such a beautiful mountain home

This house is absolutely beautiful, and decorated so cute. There is an amazing mountain view, and it's a great location for the Granby rodeo and nearby hikes. Wish I lived here!

This is a classic Colorado mountain home in a quiet Granby Ranch neighborhood with a beautiful master suite and lots of spaces for hanging out, including a front deck with fantastic views and a back patio with a nice grill and outdoor dining area. Clearly, the owner takes great pride in how she presents the home and has added a lot of nice touches like a welcome basket with wine and chocolate, a nicely equipped kitchen with coffee provided, garage door opener, bathrobes, bath salts, games, and extra blankets. The hot tub, washer/dryer, and fireplaces were also nice. The place truly felt like a home away from home and it would be a great place to stay in any season of the year.

Our group of 7 absolutely loved this property. The location is convenient being close to town and about a 15 minute drive to the lake. There were beautiful views outside every window and deck area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and updated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day. We would love to stay here again in the future!

The cabin was in excellent condition. Linens, robes, etc. provided were all clean and fresh. Plenty of utensils, coffee, condiments, and other quality of life items were also available. The hot tub was excellent. Grill was clean. WiFi was fast. Instructions provided were clear, didn’t need to communicate for questions. Wanted to emphasize how impressed my friends and I were at the cleanliness of the property; minimal wear and tear. Quality stay, highly recommend.

Perfect home for romantic getaway for 3 couples on MLK weekend. Great living space with giant-window killer views of the sun setting behind the mountains. Hot tub fit 6 larger adults comfortably. Comfy beds. We would come back and likely will. As advertised, use a 4 wheel drive / all wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Enough garage space to park a Toyota Highlander comfortably. This is an adorable house and I really appreciated the super clean kitchen. Future renters should be aware that the mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm. The other 2 king beds were super comfy though. Overall it was a great stay.
