SUMMER 2026 GETAWAY!! Great rates and Beach Parking included!!

Located two blocks from the beach with waves crashing on the beach and sunsets are to die for! This beach rental is newly built and thoughtfully furnished to comfortably accommodate surf and sun loving individuals. The condo is located within easy walking distance to the beach, but you will be provided with a parking pass to the private Misquamicut Land Owners' beach.

Fabulous restaurants are within walking distance, but if you care to cook at home, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and appliances. A grilling/picnic area is available on a shared patio if you prefer a cookout.

On those 'stay in' evenings, WIFI is available to keep you connected, or stream your favorite channels on one of the large flat screen TV's.

Misquamicut Beach: Our beaches are family friendly, with plenty of children's activities and eating options. For mature, more adventurous vacationers there are beautiful, out of the way beaches in Weekapaug and Watch Hill that offer more privacy, the option to fish, walk, or surf. These beaches are only a 5-10 minute bicycle ride from the condo.

Historic Watch Hill and downtown Westerly are a short drive away offering shopping, sightseeing, and more restaurant choices. Watch Hill boasts a historic carousel, Taylor Swift's mansion, and beautiful Watch Hill Harbor. In downtown Westerly you’ll find our local-owned movie theater, plenty of shopping and great restaurants as well. Block Island, Newport, and Mystic, CT make great day trips. The Roger William's Zoo and Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Seaport provide more fun and educational experiences that will enhance your getaway.

Block Island: Westerly Airport offers flights, and a ferry sails every hour from Point Judith (20 minute drive) to this romantic get away. We absolutely recommend a day trip to this Island. It feels like you're in the Caribbean, surrounded by blue water, white sand, and rocky coastline. The island can by toured on rented bicycles or mopeds. It's also great for walking from beach to beach, exploring, and soaking in the beautiful views.

Newport: Mansions, shopping, sailing. This historic town is 40 minutes away, and a beautiful place to spend an afternoon.

Beautiful place

This is my third time staying at this property I love it here it's such a wonderful spot beautiful beaches, restaurants, stores,and tons of things to do. Everything in walking distance. Short drive to watch Hill beach.

Great summer getaway

Love the location of the property! Just a short walk or drive to and from beach. Alot of walkable restaurants nearby. Watch hill beach is also a short drive away. Close by stores for anything u may need or forgotten. Just a wonderful place to stay. We will be returning next summer.

Relaxation!!!

Perfect week. Everyday was a beach day. Provided Beach pass was fabulous. Condo was a perfect size for 3. Clean. Convenient walk to beach, restaurants and ice cream.

Perfect for a couples week away

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this condo and I keep coming back! A block fro. The beach with a parking spot right at the beach for ease. This place is super clean. I had all the basics I needed for cooking and sleeping. We really enjoyed.

Great Vacation Spot

This condo had everything you could want in a vacation home. It is on the smaller side but had plenty of room for two people. I appreciated having a full kitchen for the week. There is also an outdoor shower that is quite nice. The décor and cleanliness of the place was great. It is also set back a bit from the busy road, so I barely heard any noise. Great location to walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. I would definitely return!

Ebb Tide Cottage

This cottage works for two people. Miss the easy chair that usually sat in the livingroom area, leaving nowhere to sit to watch TV. We liked the table and chairs and the easy chair pictured in your listing better.

Great location and space!

Convenient distance from private beach. Perfect size for husband and I and extra couple for a couple days. Space for blow up mattress. Clean, clean, clean space. Easy to use vaccum. Good pots and pans. Nice outside shower. Also Debbie very helpful with questions and advice for area. For sure Super hosts!!

Place of Peace

My needs were a little different from the traditional summer beach rental. I was looking for a 6 month rental during the winter while my new home was being built. This was the perfect match for me. The condo was a delight - clean, well decorated and maintained. It was truly a place of peace, but not isolation. The sunrise and sunsets were wonderful and just a short walk from the door. Maryanne and Jamie were gracious and attentive owners. Although, my needs were few they were always available and accommodating. I am sure that a summer rental here would also be a treat! If you are looking for a rental, summer or winter, Ebb Tide Cottages is the place to be!!

We loved our stay. Great location. Accommodating for my needs. Unfortunately there was febreeze air freshener which I have severe sensitivity. Also outdoor shower didn't work which was disappointing .the pull out couch needs a cleaning when you open it up. I cleaned it there were hairs and dust . I didn't know I would need to bring my own toilet paper. One roll for a week and a half a roll of paper towels not the best. Also there was something floating in the coffee water container that looked suspect. Room for improvement but overall we were satisfied. Thank you !

Beautiful and fun

We had an excellent time while staying at this property! The only thing is, I tried communicating to the hostess and I never received a response back. It had to do with how we could get more towels. But, it’s ok. It wasn’t an emergency and I was able to get more from my husband, as he left on like Monday and came back on Thursday. So we managed. We love in CT and he had to go back home for a few days to work. But the actual house was absolutely adorable and clean! It was just perfect. I would stay again. It’s so close to the beach! I love that the beach is private! Thank you!

Cute little 1 bedroom condo

Great place to stay. 8min walk to Misquamicut beach. Very close to places to eat, drink and shop. Very clean quiet spot. They provided parking passes to the beach. Also its a short drive to Watch Hill Beach!! Would definitely rent again. Just a beautiful condo for 2!

Get Away to Westerly

Wandering in Westerly

Great location and property. Well suited to 2 people but could sleep 3. Quality and amenities of condo made our trip just what it needed to be., chill! Came with landowners beach pass, very helpful. These beaches were not great during COVID, too crowded and not managed. Luckily westerly has so many other choices. We explored 4 other beach spots in town that provided ease and safety, never mind great water. We would return to this spot both in season and off season as it’s easy to walk to the beach. The owner was helpful and made the process easy.

Great getaway

Just what we needed to have a change of scenery. The condo was clean and smelled great when we walked in. Had all the kitchen things I needed and it was a nice renovated, updated condo which you don't find a lot.

Cozy spot for a couple’s getaway

First off, the location is fantastic. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach is unheard of at this price. The place itself is clean and modern and comfortable for one or two people. Maryanne was a wonderful host, and the apartment was super clean - cleaner than some hotel rooms I’ve had. On a separate note, my girlfriend and I were working from home during the week and needed faster WiFi. Maryanne was there immediately with faster WiFi so we had almost no issue at all. The WiFi even reaches the grilling area now. Really easy to get to, and really easy to get to fun spots like Ocean House from there. Would recommend a stay for a couple.

Very nice and clean

Linens supplied but had to make the bed. Appreciated the cleanliness. A few problems that the previous renters must have had: the tv didn’t work and was very high up. There was less than an ounce of dish and bathroom soap- no shampoo and not tp enough tp for 2 weeks. Kitchen not supplied with anything to do with cooking: no pepper or even a coffee filter. When you fly in from 1000 miles away you shouldn’t be expected to bring even the basics. Have never run into this before. Very high traffic volume on the road outside. I wouldn’t rent this again.

So quiet!

A very pleasant little duplex that is clean, well equipped and comfortable. A good location with easy access to the beaches and to Block island! This very quiet little get away offered us peace of mind. We would love to come back here.

Cozy and cute

I had the pleasure of staying in this cozy cottage for the week leading into Memorial Day. Nice size for two adults, comfortable bed, “HGTV” decor:), good location, convenient off street parking. Property manager was friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever a question arose. Only issues were related to my renting in “off season”-outside shower wasn’t turned on, low supply (2 water, 2 juice) of glassware. Overall i would recommend without hesitation—just make sure you double check the above if it’s important to you:)

Small, clean and a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is quite small (definitely only big enough for two people) and didn't have enough trash bags and toilet paper - otherwise a nice place to stay. The location really can't be beat. Easy parking next to the condo and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of shops right around the corner for supplies. The private beach available through the rental is really nice and secure. The beaches are beautiful and Paddy's beach bar is a lot of fun with music and tropical drinks, cabanas, chairs - everything you need. We often would walk down to the beach and grab a chair to look at the moon and stars. Other amazing beaches and great towns are just a short drive away. Block Island is a must visit destination if you are staying here. I would definitely rent out this condo again if we only have two people on the trip. The owners were very helpful and communicative.

A bit disappointing

What I liked is: The location for the place is perfect. you can walk right to the beach and not have to worry about paying the parking fee which saves you lots of money. Maryanne was very nice and let my parents stay with us for the last couple days of our stay free of charge. What I didn't like is: The futon bed really sucks and must have been broken at one point because it was a pain to unfold and it was very loud when you move even a just a little bit on it. When we arrived at the place wasn't very clean the sink still had old food in the drain and the bed wasn't made and i find that very weird and kinda inconvenient for vacationing you should't to have to worry about that. It took forever to get the code for the front door from her. She told me that i would get it the morning of arrival and I didn't get it until later after noon after emailing and calling a bunch of time which made it very stressful. I saw alot of great reviews for this place and thats why I chose it but it wasn't anything like what was said and I wasn't very pleased with the place. Its also a bit over priced for such a small place and under stocked with cooking ware and no trash bags.
