One block from the beach!

The house is located one block from the private Misquamicut Fire District beach! Two walk on passes are provided for access to the private beach.

The house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths(full bathroom in living area and one half bath in garage), outside shower, and sleeps six (one queen size bed, two twin size beds, one queen size futon and one full size pull out couch in the living room).

New flooring and brand new appliances in the kitchen. Gas grill, WiFi and cable are provided. A total of four vehicles are allowed in the driveway.

Love the place! Pictures don’t do it justice. Backyard deck is amazing. Had beach chairs and bikes and great grill. Owner was quick to communicate. Close to beach. Misquamicut holds a place in my heart!

Great location

Great location, had everything you need from blender, dishes,pots and pans even a beach cart,chairs and beach umbrella. Check in was easy and had a one block walk to private beach.

Perfect location!

The location is perfect for walking to everything! From the beach, restaurants, gift stores, church, and local convenience store. It was clean, I loved the great outdoor seating in a peaceful setting! Thank you! I would highly recommend this home to set amazing memories!

Fantastic beach cottage

We loved our stay! The house is a very easy, short walk to the beach. The beach cart came in very handy. We didn’t use the bikes or the beach chairs but they were a nice feature. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay, just remember to bring your own linens and towels, etc. Several restaurants within walking distance as well. Neighbors were all friendly and helpful. Sarah was super quick to respond and very helpful. Excellent stay! Thank you for everything!

Amazing Week at a Beautiful Cottage!

We had an amazing week in Misquamicut! The cottage was perfect. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials like a coffee maker, toaster, etc. I loved the knotty pine throughout the house. The host is wonderful and very responsive to any questions.

Wonderful vacation

We had such a nice time at this beautiful cottage. Clean, great layout, and air conditioning if we needed it. So close to the beach. It was perfect!

Nice place. Short walk to beach.

Pleasant stay overall. Place was nicely furnished. Photos showed bedspreads but we were informed they were not provided. Coming from California it added an unwanted expense.

Lovely and comfortable stay!

This cottage was simply lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The deck seemed even bigger than the pictures showed with comfy outdoor furniture. We had everything we needed. It was very clean and a short distance to the beach. The mini-split AC system made for excellent sleeping. We brought bikes and used them both to get to the beach and also explore the area. (Though the walk to the beach was quick and easy too!) Sarah answered any questions we had immediately. We loved our stay!

Great week at the beach!

This was our second time renting this property and it is the perfect little beach cottage for our family of 4. We really appreciated the beach cart and sand toys!
