Enjoy this beautiful, hand-crafted, log home on 5 acres of forest. It is quiet, private, and blends easily with the surrounding nature and abundant wild life. There are miles of attached hiking and biking trails, ski runs and the historic Town of Nederland just minutes away! The dark mountain sky has minimal light pollution which brings the night sky close ! The air is crisp and clean and the drinking water is chemical free.
At 8,500ft you get the full "Rocky Mountain High" while remaining under an hour from Boulder or Denver! Black Hawk and Central City are only 25 miles and are home to multiple casinos and restaurants!
