This delightful newly constructed house nestled between Nederland and Black Hawk off scenic Hwy 119 and offers 3 cozy bedrooms each with their own outside area to enjoy the spectacular view- 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, and a full bed. Perfect for a relaxing stay. With 3 bathrooms featuring 2 bathtubs and heated floors throughout. Guests can unwind in comfort. There is also a wood-burning stove upstairs and a pellet stove downstairs in the partially finished basement. We have a doggie door going out to an open kennel for your furry family friends. The additional living room spaces offer a sofa bed and futon, extra room to spread out and relax. Wake up every morning with a view of the continental divide and Eldora ski resort and enjoy the surrounding of National and State parks! This beautiful property is the ideal home base for your trip. We look forward to Hosting your Mountain getaway!

The first thing about this property is the spectacular view of the mountains. From sunrise to sunset!Our trip to Colorado started with a strong windstorm that knocked down trees and power to the area. But before our arrival date we had a heads up from our host, Evie, that the roads were clear and power restored.The large, open, living area was inviting with a wall of windows looking out to the mountains.We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for our meals. The nespresso machine was a nice touch.The heated floors and ample cut wood for the wood stove made it cozy and warm.We will definitely check availability for this house on our next visit.

A hidden gem!

We had a fantastic time at Mindy's place. The home is very nice with all the amenities you may need. The view is amazing, comfortable beds, great open area to sit around and chat with the family, cook, play games and watch TV. We couldn't be happier!

We arrived in Beautiful Colorado in 2018 after moving from the Virgin islands after Hurricanes Irma and Maria detoured us to the Rocky Mountains. My son needed a place for Highschool and our love of nature and small town community mindset lured us to Gilpin County. In the islands I worked as a Captain and tour guide for 20 years. I found a passion for hosting our guests on a magical experience. We lived aboard our sailboat for 16 years and dreamed of building a home one day. We are thrilled to share our home with you. Where you can relax, reflect and play in Epic Natural Beauty.
