This well-appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is located on the second floor and offers comfortable accommodations for guests.
Sleeping arrangements include:
• A king bed in the master bedroom
• A queen bed in the guest bedroom
• A bunk bed in the third bedroom with a double on the bottom and a twin on top
Amenities feature an in-unit washer and dryer, which is highly desirable. The living room, master bedroom, and bunk bedroom are all equipped with smart TVs. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available within the unit.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Dockage is available for $200/week or $250/week during holiday weeks. Please let us know if you will need a boat slip and we will add that to your fees. You will need to show proof of $300,000 in property liability insurance on your boat prior to arrival. Trailer storage and boat ramp are on site .

Why they chose this property
Futura Yacht Club is a hidden gem. Very few complexes in Islamorada allow weekly rentals and have the great amenities and dockage that Futura does. Affordably priced and great location!
What makes this property unique
