We’re truly glad you found us to be nice and responsive — we always aim to be helpful hosts, so you are able to enjoy Islamorada like we do. Our rental agreement is meant to be clear to avoid disappointments, with beach towels and pets specifically addressed in “CONSTRAINTS & EXCLUSIONS: Please bring your own fishing and beach towels. No pets…” I’m sorry you were disappointed to find we don’t provide beach towels and didn’t make an exception for your son’s dog. We appreciate you pointing out areas where we can continue improving. We’re happy to share that we’ve completed a full refresh of the property over the last 24 months. This included all new furniture throughout, a brand-new oven/stove combination, new washer and dryer, fresh paint on every surface, new electronic blinds, dock improvements with new concrete and boat bumpers, and newly planted gardens. We continue to invest in the property to enhance the guest experience. There are sometimes things we can’t control and I apologize for your week having three: the outdoor grill regulator going bad - which we quickly replaced, the new oven control panel not displaying the oven temperature - which we fixed the day we learned of it, and the construction next door - which completed soon after your stay. We strive for a Great guest experience and know it fell short this time. You were great guests and I know you enjoyed your time on the water in Islamorada. If you ever return to the area, we’d love the opportunity to show you a better week.

What a nice group of young men! Love the pic of the huge snapper. It was great not to use all the outdoor charcoal or BBQ grills. after a long day fishing, it's nice to know that many close -by restaurant's will cook your catch. Thanks. hope to see you again soon. N and N
