Located just 20 minutes from the airport, in the exclusive El Zalate community, minutes from downtown San Jose del Cabo. Our 2-bedroom condo is decorated with an artistic flair - vibrant colors, authentic Spanish Colonial artwork, spectacular views from the living room and both bedrooms with full glass doors that open to the terrace.

The perfect beachfront luxury 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom property with mesmerizing water views and the incessant sound of rolling waves making their way ashore. Located in the exclusive El Zalate community, an enclave of 4 buildings nestled so close to the water you can almost jump in - directly facing the Sea of Cortez. Once you pass the guarded gate, you will immediately be transported to a tranquil oasis replete with pristine, manicured grounds, 2 grand swimming pools, a hot tub, as well as direct beach access. Each building in this small complex is only 6 floors high, with just 3 units per floor. Our 5th-floor unit features a spacious patio with unobstructed water views, truly as far as the eye can see. The interior has been decorated with an eclectic, artistic, and fun style throughout. As art dealers, we love to be surrounded by art. Our condo focuses on Spanish Colonial art, authentic examples from all of Mexico. Enjoy a generous living area, relax in the comfortable queen-size beds fitted with luxury linens, watch Smart TVs in every room, and prepare delicious refreshments in the fully-equipped kitchen. And if you have 2 extra guests, there is also a queen-size inflatable bed available. Ideal for an extended weekend or an even longer escape in the peaceful Los Cabos area – a must-experience destination!

Yes the beach view was was unobstructed. Great location in the middle of the complex. The deck was wonderful .Pools was clean and very nice.It was nice to have beachfront views from both bedrooms.There were lots of great amenities like washer and dryer, spices in the cupboard, some bottles of water and filtered water, nice appliances like blender, toaster and coffee maker. We would definitely stay again.

Another great stay

Second visit to this property. Great pool area and beach access. Had the pools mostly to ourselves. Could see and hear the devil rays jumping out of and slapping the water from the balcony. Had a very relaxing time sitting in the lounge chairs and listening to the waves.

Bucket list trip and tournament! Placed 1st in Bisbee’s Offshore Release category!!!

This property is in a great location very close to san jose del cabo and cabo san lucas. Beautiful pools, Right on the beach and restaurants within walking distance. We were there for the Bisbee’s fishing tournament so with our boat at the san jose marina it was very convenient.

Family Had A Great Time

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. We stayed clean and cool, while enjoying the view and sound of the waves from the spacious balcony. Great location for exploring the area and close to shopping and food. Host was helpful and responsive. We would definitely come back!

"Home Sweet Home" but with an ocean view.

I read all of the comments of the previous guests and I think everything was covered. It was clean, the view was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Gustavo, their concierge, was helpful when I needed it and the security guards were very polite and pleasant to speak with. This was a great place to stay.

Great location

The location, views, patio and pools were great. The condo is on a quiet beach with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself could use a deep clean and new pots and pans. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t drain and the owner said someone would come fix it but never did and no follow up to ensure it was taken care of. I would book at this area again but a different unit.

Great property, great location. Really suitable for 2 couples. Nice touch was the inclusion of adequate paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, soap, shampoo etc. for our 2 week stay. The property felt very friendly and secure. Nice BBQ on the big deck. We would certainly return.

Great View!

The place was just what we needed for two couples. The balcony overlooking the pools and out to the ocean was amazing. All amenities we needed were in the condo and everything worked as expected. Beds and other furnishings inside and outside were comfortable. We would definitely return to this unit and El Zalate!

Our happy place!

We cannot say enough good things about El Zalate!! We love it here!! Lounge chairs on balcony great for 2 people to enjoy the view but not good for 4 adults! Could use extra bath towels and there were no kitchen towels but other than that it was great! Comfy beds and lots of room for Your clothes!we left 2 pool noodles and a small Canvas cooler for next guests!!

Teresa, thank you. We had a wonderful time at your home away from home. The not negative was having to leave! The decorative art brought out my car we active side. The expansive balcony and views were breathtaking. The beds soooo comfortable. We look forward to returning next year but for a longer duration. PS - the pools and grounds absolutely lovely!!

Sweet artsy property in San Jose Del Cabo

We enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. We loved all the art in the condo, so much fun to walk around and admire. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. This complex had all ages and there were quite a few families with little ones enjoying the pool. We are beach people so we plopped down on at the beach until it got too windy for the umbrella. Easy and quick to get into town. A bit noisier than we expected, but this city is growing like mad and is more vibrant than ever. Thank you Teresa for being so prompt in answering our questions.

Fabulous!

I absolutely loved this place! The manager, Teresa, was so sweet and accommodating. She arranged to have Gustavo pick us up at the airport and introduce us to the condo. He was so helpful, leaving his phone number in case we needed anything! The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the things you need for the perfect vacation! And then the balcony!! I had such a hard time leaving the balcony. It's huge and has awesome view of the ocean. You can leave your sliding glass door open at night and hear the waves all night long! I will definitely be back!

Spectacular ocean view balcony

The balcony with beach and ocean view was amazing. My favorite part of our vacation was just relaxing on the loungers on the balcony listening to the waves. Very clean, good beds, one of the showers had amazing water pressure, fully stocked kitchen, bottled water in the fridge, filtered water through one tap in the kitchen, beautiful grounds, pools and friendly security and staff. Walk past the pools right out onto the beach. Beach was really clean and lots of space to spread out. Saw whale from the balcony. One of the best vacation rentals we've had. Mostly retirees and older folks at this community, so on the quieter side which I enjoyed. Never crowded during our stay. Tips: We walked up the drive to the Oxxo to catch Uber. Fabric sushi is a 5 min walk and really good.

Beautiful property and great location

We really enjoyed spending a week at this beautiful property. The owners of this unit have filled the space with beautiful art everywhere you look, and have taken care to make it a very comfortable place to stay. The villa is right on the beach, and we loved watching the whales while relaxing and dining on the balcony during the day, and falling asleep every night hearing the soothing sounds on the ocean with the patio doors open. The central courtyard has several pools that are shared with all four villas, but it never got too crowded during our stay and there were always plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool. The villas are withing walking distance to several large supermarkets (La Comer, Chedraui, and Soriana). We walked to La Comer and only spent about $2.50 USD for an Uber ride back after shopping. We even walked to Plaza Mijares several times, including for the Thursday Night Art Walk, which took about 45 minutes. We definitely will plan to stay here the next time we come to Los Cabos!

Seaside Retreat - Great Stay, Good Time

We have stayed at this resort property b4. It is a great property, right on the beach, and the property is well appointed with multiple pools, lots of chaise lounges and secured gate access to the beach only 50 yards away. The unit is well located on ta higher floor overlooking the pool(s) and a great view of the ocean. It's a cozy and well appointed Villa for a couple or family of four. The patio area is large with two nice chaise lounges and a table and chairs. The grill is large and worked great. There is no formal dining area inside the unit so dining al fresco on the patio was the main course but we found it pleasant both day and evening. The pictures online well represent the actual unit. There were no issues with check in or check out and the local rep - Gustavo - was very responsive and ensured our stay was without worries. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the main living area but it is web only, no cable or other channels but Netflix worked. The wireless was great, no issues. Washer and dryer worked fine as did the rest of the appliances and hardware. The main living area is a bit small and seating is limited but open the patio up and it becomes a big venue. We enjoyed our stay and I'd rate the resort property itself as one of the top boutique style villa resorts on Costa Azul. Very secure, well maintained. Also, there is a great restaurant next door (within a much larger resort) which is a 3 min walk and enjoyed almost daily.

Absolutely Perfect!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo is exactly as pictured. Well, maybe more beautiful seeing the art work, decor' and expansive ocean view from the large balcony in person. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable and cozy beds for many restful nights of sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to make and enjoy meals. Grocery stores are a stroll away and you can Uber back with your bounty. Spending time on the balcony was amazing! Listening to the ocean while watching whales jump and splash in the distance, sitting outside playing cards, enjoying cocktails or simply relaxing...was the best room of all. The pool was so nice to spend days swimming, reading and taking walks on the practically private beach. There are a few restaurants less than 5 minutes away, one beachside and one up on the main road. Both were very good. The Thursday night art walk throughout downtown San Jose is a must! As well as enjoying an amazing meal and visit to Flora Farms (make your reservations before your trip). You'll be so glad you did! We will definitely be back to San Jose and stay at this condo. Everyone is very friendly, the security guards are so kind and helpful and you are pretty much left alone to relax and enjoy. You can stop searching for a place to stay...you've found it! Cheers!

Golf Trip

First I would say this condo location is fantastic. Also the pool area was one of my favorite things. The check in process did not go well because the instructions were incorrect, leaving out an important step in opening the lock. The local contact was useless but the owner responded quickly when there was an issue with the A/C. I would stay here again if they got cable. They do have smart tvs but not all apps work in Mexico. Overall an enjoyable stay that was very close to numerous golf courses.
