Unidad de esquina del segundo piso en el hermoso complejo frente al mar de La Jolla con fácil acceso a la playa y 2 piscinas. A poca distancia de restaurantes y tiendas. Lujosamente renovado con una cubierta envolvente, pisos de mármol, encimeras de granito y gabinetes de madera, luces de olla y sonido envolvente que crean el ambiente perfecto para un gourmet informal en la playa desde la cocina del chef. Ubicado en la playa de Costa Azul, donde se practica surf, snorkel, caminatas al amanecer e innumerables días de sol perfecto. 5-10 minutos en coche del centro de San José y 20 minutos al centro de Cabo.

The location was fantastic and the unit was fully equipped. Couldn't ask for a nicer condo and its location in the complex in my opinion would be the best one . Host was easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best for my 7 day stay but no one can be blamed fot that. I highly recommend it

You never really know if photos from a listing are better than the actually place but in this case, the condo exceeded our expectations. Right on the beach with two pools, smart TV's, a full kitchen with appliances, beach chairs, towels and pool floats. We also liked that it was walking distance to good restaurants and close to grocery stores.

Beautiful beach location, well equipped kitchen, and I especially appreciate the washer dryer! Comfortable beds. All in all exactly as we have come to expect!

Bright and airy second floor corner unit in a safe and lovely complex.Very well stocked with everything you need including Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas and cooler to take to the beach if you decide not to sit around one of the two pool options.

Great with a few disappointments

Beautiful location, and nice unit overall. The disappointments were that the amenities shown in the VRBO listing were not accurate. It showed an outdoor grill in one of the pictures but there was not one. This was disappinting because we had planned to grill out most nights. It also listed a DVD player but there was not one. Again, disappointing because we had brought a bunch of DVDs to watch. Lastly, we have rented many times from VRBO, and usually the owner has a packet of information or 3-ring binder containing helpful hints on where to shop, nearby restaurants, nearest healthcare facility, instructions on how to use the TV and streaming device, appliances etc. There was one piece of paper with basic rules and check-out info and that was it. Without the minor disappointments we would have rated it the highest and would rent it again.

Perfect

Property was great and as described. Had lots of beach supplies, laundry, and an amazing ocean front view from the wrap around balcony. Property has a huge heated pool and lounge area, as well as a cold pool. Convenience store and restaurants close by and has parking if you drive like we did. Couldn't be happier with our stay. Waking up to sunrise and whales every morning was incredible.

Beautiful property, views from this condo are spectacular. Grounds well maintained and the heated pool was a bonus. Security people very friendly and helpful. So happy with this choice we made.

Beautiful View

Very nice place with a beautiful view. The condo had all the items needed to make your stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable. And the large heated pool is great. Easy acess to the beach for a nice walk. Whales, boats, birds all added to the enjoyment.

Spectacular

Really great place, book early and don’t hesitate if you can snap up a few days it’s worth it. We have stayed in the penthouse with over 1400 sq ft of terrace and views from all angles. This is vastly better. 2nd floor gets the best viewpoint and an easy jaunt down to pools and ocean.

On the Beach!

This was our first stay in San Jose del Cabo. We found the condo to be exactly what it was supposed to be and we were very happy with it. Right on the beach, walking distance to some restaurants and a short drive to the Centro. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful with a few issues

This complex is lovely and the view awesome. This was our 4th trip to this complex but first stay at this unit. The condo was high end and well decorated however there were issues with appliances, AC, and evidence of termite infestation in one of the beds to name a few. The property manager was responsive for what he could address while we were there. We were disappointed to have so many problems at the high price we paid. That said, despite everything we had a great week and would recommend this unit assuming these issues have been addressed.

Excellent beach rental

The condo complex was very clean with attractive landscaping. The rental unit itself well furnished and had good appliances. The best feature was the location right on the beach. There are spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean and the beach. Every morning there is a beautiful sunrise. If you want a beach rental you can't get better than this.

Fabulous stay!

The condo is every bit as pictured and more. Definitely would repeat visit. Close to town and Palmilla. Quiet and peaceful. Views are spectacular. Loved the pool and beach. Safe and secure. Ideal to have a car if plan to go out each day. It’s easy access from road. Minimarket walking distance. Enjoy is you visit.

Relaxing time on the beach

Patio of the property overlooks the Sea of Cortez and we were able to see whales and flying Mobula rays. Comfortable, relaxing, security of the property was excellent. Adult and mixed pools were awesome! Restaurants within walking distance along the beach (7 Seas and Mamma Mia !!!!). I'm ready to go back tomorrow.
