Start your morning with coffee prepared at the convenient coffee station and sip it from the rocking chairs on the porch, the yard’s Adirondack chairs, or on the ocean rocks just across the way. Watch lobster boats haul in their catch, admire passing windjammers, spot seals and sea birds, and take in breathtaking sunsets from the glassed/screened porch.

At night, stretch out under the wide-open Maine sky and watch for shooting stars. From the property, you can fish, launch a kayak or canoe, swim, or explore tide pools filled with crabs, starfish, and other seaside treasures. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
